I love, that the hotel is very hear Hongqia station and airport. The front desk is very helpful and professional. I just wished there was more amenities and a service to have your ******* delivered to your door. The bathroom was very spacious.

Absolutely fabulous and comfortable. Very clean . Staff is so cooperative. Breakfast was also delicious.

The hotel is located very conveniently about 3.5 KM away from the Hong qiao train station and hong qiao airport common entrance! And they have free shuttle to and from the airport gate which needs to be arranged before arrival and for checkout should be arranged on the night before going to the airport. Staff are young kind and happy to help bas long as you are speaking clearly in English to them and make meaningful conversations, they are very well trained and act professionaly! I arrived in late morning and it was the time of checkout for many of customer was really tired as I had not slept good night before ( was on the way)! But the staff despite being busy with checkouts and shuttle drivers kindly served me quickly and sorted a quiet room for me to rest ! Breakfast here is simple, essentials and enough in my view and it's definitely worth it to book the room with breakfast! And on the other hand it's really close to a massive mall and shopping centre surrounding two walking streets about 3 KM away. I went to the mall and had a very good Shanghai specialty food there and cycled back in the night and walked back!

Excellent Friendly staff Free pick up from Hongqiao airport from 1700hr to 2359hr (such great help - our flight arrived late after 2230hr) Very clean room, no smoking in public areas Comfortable bed Varied breakfast (All food and drinks were my favourites - no exception) So good to have access to a washing machine with detergent provided after a hot summer day outside Surprisingly seeing lotus plants and lovely beautiful koi in the pond next to the restaurant Feeling we got more than what we paid for or expected Highly recommend

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and train station, easily accessible just off the elevated highway. The environment is excellent. They provide a laundry room with complimentary laundry pods, and the washing machines even have a drying function. Breakfast is quite substantial. It's a very convenient place to stay if you're attending an event or banquet. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming ❤️.

The best point is free airport transfer. The hotel is clean and very well connected. The only negative point is that there is no transport very close, you must take a taxi for everything but the airport and railway station are less than 10 minutes by taxi. So highly recommended. But always remember, no one speaks English, so be aware of international tourists.

The hotel is located far away from the city and it will take a long time to get anywhere by bus or taxi (even the nearby airport and railroad station). There doesn't appear to be anything in walking distance. Cleaning itself was quite excellent, but the windows of the buildings leak when it rains and the water gets in the structures, which caused a moldy smell even when it wasn't raining on my first day. If not for these problems, it would be a nice hotel because the facilities and the personnel were perfect.

The hotel itself is nice and breakfast is great ! The rooms seem a bit "old" as in you can clearly see they’re not brand new but they’re ok. It might be convenient if you’re planning on taking a plane or a train at Hongqiao. Otherwise, it’s pretty far from most things you’d want to see in Shanghai. You have to take a bus to the closest metro station.

The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. For breakfast there were a lot of options too!
