W Shanghai - The Bund Reviews

I think this is the best hotel to admire Shanghai's landmarks! My kids had a blast, and the location is super convenient for buses and subways! The breakfast spread was extensive and varied! I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit in the future!

Sharing my independent travel experience in Shanghai. After discovering this hotel, I wanted to stay for many more nights!

The overall hotel experience exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, odor-free, and had good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive to any issues. It's conveniently located for dining and shopping, with easy access to transportation. The room had good natural light and excellent amenities. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it; I'll definitely visit again.

Anyone booking the W for Qixi Festival is probably looking for that nightclub-style date vibe 🌝, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The room decor and lighting created such a great atmosphere. I asked the front desk for room number 10, and they accommodated my request. The view of the 'Three-Piece Set' (referring to the iconic skyline) at night was absolutely breathtaking – major thumbs up! I'd heard before that W's service wasn't great, but after experiencing it myself, I found it to be quite on point. Communication was smooth, and the staff's attitude was excellent. The restaurant food was delicious! I slept in the next morning and missed breakfast, and honestly, I feel like I lost a million bucks 🌝. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely come back given the chance.

Our three-generation family stayed at the W Hotel this time and we were absolutely thrilled! 👍 The ambiance, service, and food were all excellent. We booked four rooms and everyone had a fantastic experience. We can't praise it enough!

Traveling with kids, the night view was absolutely unbeatable. However, the facilities could use some improvement; the bathroom door wouldn't even close properly.

This is our second visit, and my child absolutely loves it here. The swimming pool is her favorite spot, and the rooftop offers stunning views for photos and sightseeing. Add in an afternoon tea, and it's just perfect!

It's also just a short walk down to the river, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking night views of the Huangpu River and the Bund – absolutely delightful.

A superbly located luxury hotel, perfect for young travelers. It blends youthfulness with luxury seamlessly. At night, you get direct panoramic views of the Bund. I stayed on the 30th floor this time.

The river view is absolutely stunning, with large windows directly overlooking the Huangpu River – a top-notch view! There's a huge 3-meter bed, and a long sofa chair by the window that could easily sleep two more people. This room would be super comfortable for a family trip. Both the shower and bathtub in the bathroom are great, with excellent water pressure. The staff were all very warm and helpful, and everything was just perfect. I'll definitely be back!

This was my second stay at the W Hotel within three months, and once again, I was thoroughly impressed. The front desk kindly arranged a high-floor room, and the view from the window was absolutely captivating. From the concierge to the buffet restaurant and the swimming pool, all the staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was attentive and meticulous. Both stays have been very satisfying, and I highly recommend it.
