Location is very good, very close to shopping areas. However, the hotel is not suitable for older people as there is no elevator on the ground floor. We need to take many steps from ground floor to the second floor to use the elevator. The room is very new but they are not clean the room everyday. We need to ask them to clean the room and change towels.

this location is right next to Nanjing East Road. if you taking taxi or ride hailing to the hotel, the address should be No.67 Guizhou Road instead of Nanjing East Road. very historical building with Shanghai background. the interior is new.

Nice hotel in great location, we had a wonderful experience and very comfortable during our stay.
They have super kind and helpful staff. Most friendly and lovely receptionist and staff ever. Assist in luggage carrying and good customer service. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The room was very clean, stylish, roomy, very well maintain and equipped. I was very pleased with my stay and would like to visit again soon.

The front desk staff is very very helpful. They help us with our luggage to the evaluator which is located at level 2. With such a big luggage traveling during winter can be quite difficult to managed. The housekeeper is so helpful and always attend to ask us if we need any help. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of Nanjing Pedestrian street shopping belt. It very convenient to travel around. Will definitely come again if we visit Shanghai

Totally Recommend, Location is center of Nanjing Rd. Nearest Metro is about 3 mins walk. I love automatic flush toilet which is rare items for other hotel in China.
The room included everything same as 4-5 star hotel ; fridge ,weight scale etc. Maid clean room & give us 2 bottle of water everday. The staff are very helpful and professional. They gave a set of fruit as a complimentary on new year season with a hand writing. It' so cute.I'll stay here again if I back to Shinghai.

Love the place.. its small but clean and enough for me.. the staff really helpfull.
The location is close to people square.
The elevator in second floor but do not worry the staff will help you to take your bag to second floor.
