Comfortable and spacious accommodation. David was very helpful. We had no cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils on arrival. This was remedied very quickly. The nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes walk away. The accommodation was very secure and quiet. Towels were changed very regularly. and the accommodation maintained throughout our stay. We would use this accommodation again.

Amazing location in Jing’an district, close to restaurants and west Nanjing road. David, who helped me check in was super helpful and has great English. The bed was comfortable and my dog enjoyed her stay.

Very good location, 24 hours grocery stores across the road, cafes and restaurants within 100 meters The room is clean and everything works. But a bit old. Room is serviced every 2 days which is good for an apartment. The approach to the room is not that nice as the carpet in the corridor is not in good shape. Good value for money Overall, I am a satisfied customer

My foreign colleague stayed here for a month while on a business trip to Shanghai. The location is super convenient, not far from Nanjing West Road Metro Station Line 2. The studio apartment had everything needed, and the host was very responsive. I'd definitely book this place again if given the chance.

Shanghai Staycation & needed a dog friendly hotel. Positive : Location is great, walkable to many sights, metro, restaurants. Aldi supermarket over the road. Good value. Shower AND bath. Comfortable bed. Washing machine. Major positive: They take animals. We brought our dog and no problem and no extra cost. Grass area in front of hotel entrance for dogs to pee on. Negatives : finding the place is a little tricky, but luckily when I rang the person who answered spoke English. You need to ask the guard to let you in the small gate at the address. Hotel is round the back. No one on reception. Called again, then waited for some one to arrive. She took our Wechat, so after that communication was easy. Dont expect a fully equipped kitchen. A few bowls, 1 knife, 1 spoon and 2 glasses. Had to ask for 2 teacups (tiny!) . Ok since we ate out all the time, but wish we'd bought big tea mugs from home! We appreciated having a fridge. I'd definitely stay again if I needed a dog friendly hotel downtown. Or even if I needed a hotel apartment for a while...if price was right.... and I'd bring a few kitchen items from home!! 🤣

Great apt and great location! Had the space and amenities and comfort we needed while being in an ideal location for walking access to so much but it’s quiet.

The location is great right in the centre and service is very good. The kitchen is well equipped and bathtub is a plus. I will book again, highly recommended.

For this last time on the first day too much noise from upstairs flat, from 4 am until I have to go down and complain at 7am. After that, it was better. I prefer to stay in this flat, when i go to shanghai and I will spend more days, and I want a kitchen at least. It's near the supermarket but not very near to the metro, you have to walk a bit (15 -20 minutes at least ). The shampoo- hair conditioner it was not good, the packages were dirty.

Location is great, is not Close to metro exit- entrance. You need to walk some minutes. But it's convenient to go around Jing'an district.

check in is not convenient. I need to call and wait for the staff to pick me up from the building lobby. only can communicate with them directly after adding their wechat.
