This hotel is great, with convenient transportation that makes it easy to get anywhere! It's just one stop away from Century Avenue, offering plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also very close to the 'three-piece suit' (Lujiazui skyscrapers). I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

The room was quite spacious, and sisters Wang and Xu at the front desk were very enthusiastic and efficient with the check-in process. The location is also incredibly convenient, which is a big plus.

Excellent, absolutely fantastic! The environment is great, and so are the people. The air conditioning is incredibly cold – seriously, if you don't believe me, come experience it yourself. If it's not cold, it's on me! It blows out white mist, just like a refrigerator.

It's very close to the subway station and Yuanshen Sports Center, making it a great place to stay for an evening game.

Overall: A decent choice, but be prepared for a small breakfast and ensure you double-check any charges at the restaurant.

The transportation is convenient. The room is a bit old, and the dated design probably didn't account for modern needs, as there aren't outlets on both sides of the bed. However, the hotel thoughtfully provided a power strip on one side. Overall maintenance is decent. It seems there aren't many dining options nearby, but the room is very quiet. The only downside is having to pay a deposit; that practice really feels like a relic of the past.

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. While the hotel facilities are a bit old, considering the price and location, it's generally acceptable and I shouldn't be too picky. The bedsheets and bedding in the room were clean and tidy, but the carpet was quite dirty and clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Even though I had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, indicating no cleaning was needed for the day, the cleaning staff still opened the door and tidied the room. I'm not sure how they're trained on basic procedures.

The location is quite convenient and the room facilities are complete, but a bit outdated, especially the bed which is too hard.

The hotel is conveniently located in Pudong New Area with easy access to transportation. The facilities are good, the staff are friendly, and the room is clean. It offers great value for money. I hope to stay here again next time.

Front desk staff Xiao Xu and Xiao Zhu were very efficient; both check-in and check-out were quick.

First and foremost, the room was clean and tidy with excellent privacy, making for a great stay! The facilities weren't super complete – I couldn't find a comb on the first day, and the tissue box was empty. Overall, it was good, but a stronger hairdryer would have been even better.

I forgot my watch when I checked out. The cleaning lady found it and brought it to the front desk, who then promptly notified me to pick it up. Many thanks!
