Our trip was pleasant. The location is quite nice and very close to the biggest Pop Mart store. everything was so convenient and perfect for 3-4 days stay.
The staff very helpful since check in until checkout. During our stay can extend late checkout too :))
The local restaurant nearby was very nice. Quality is comparable to the famous one review by blogger

Very nice and comfort hotel in bangkok, and the location is superb, w hotel staffs also very helpful, the only thing to improve is the variety of the breakfast, overall is a good hotel, I will definitely come back for sure.

Great great location. About a block from the subway station with line #2 to direct connection to the airport. 10 minutes walk to the Bund. There are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Air is a bit too humid.
Hotel is modern design with laminate wood floor, started to move.
Noise isolation not that good.
Renovation daytime floors above during our stay.
I think rooms without windows are okay in this case.

Location of hotel is excellent to the train station, some eateries and malls nearby so good for eating and convenience. Was assigned to a room on level 4, with no direct lift landing, try to avoid that area if having big luggage. Otherwise about 10 steps to level. Basic amenities provided, have to request if disposable toiletries need topup. Overall will stay again, good experience!
