I originally booked the Boli Apartment, but Ctrip upgraded me to the five-star Boli Hotel next door, which I really appreciate. It was a perfect stay, and I'll definitely choose Boli Hotel again for my next conference.

Booked this for a friend who specifically needed a hotel apartment with a kitchen. The lobby was grand yet welcoming. Both the front desk staff and housekeeping were excellent, making us feel very much at home. The room was spotless, and there's a small gym on the second floor, which met all our basic needs.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This stay was an absolute nightmare, a complete waste of money, and I strongly advise against anyone staying here. It was completely unusable, and the basic experience was severely compromised. The hotel's advertised facilities were grossly misrepresented. They claimed to be an apartment-style hotel with cooking utensils, but the provided equipment was unusable. The non-stick coating on the pots was peeling off, and they weren't even clean. The promotion was completely misleading, and basic needs couldn't be met! They advertised a washing machine, but it had no drying function! I asked the front desk about a dryer, and they said they had one but didn't know where it was, telling me to go look for it upstairs myself... After searching everywhere, I finally found a cleaner who told me it was in an unmarked small room! The most outrageous thing was the poorly designed shower. Water flooded everywhere when I showered, making the floor incredibly slippery, and I almost fell. Late at night, I had to use my own towel to soak up the water. It's a huge safety hazard, completely disregarding guest safety. The anti-slip mat provided was even 'fancier' than the premium apartment price – who would dare use something in that condition! What's even more frustrating is having to cross hotels just to get breakfast, which is a hassle and incredibly inconvenient, a truly absurd design. The overall facilities are shoddy, the experience was terrible, and I felt completely unsafe. Avoid this place at all costs; I will absolutely never return.

If you are visiting a show/fair at the NECC Shanghai, then I highly recommend this place The room is large and spacious and comes with a little kitchenette so you can prepare your own meals or at least your coffee . I would go back here again .

This was an extremely disappointing stay; both the service and the facilities were substandard. First, the most serious issue: On the day of my check-out, I accidentally left a packed Japanese meal in the room's refrigerator. Less than twenty minutes after leaving, I called the front desk to explain the situation and clearly stated that I would return to pick it up. The male front desk attendant who answered the phone (with a middle parting and longer hair) verbally agreed to keep it safe for me. However, when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon, the item had already been thrown away. Since the guest had communicated in advance and promised to return, the hotel should have held onto it for a period of time or at least reconfirmed, rather than disposing of it on its own within just a few hours. This handling demonstrates a lack of basic service awareness and communication sincerity, which is unacceptable. Next, regarding the room facilities. The hairdryer had several significant flaws: the airflow was extremely weak, making it almost impossible to dry hair; the power cord was very short, making it inconvenient to use; and even more seriously, the plug was very loose, coming out of the socket with the slightest movement, requiring constant re-plugging. This severely impacted its usability. When such basic equipment is subpar, it makes one question the hotel's maintenance standards. Additionally, the soundproofing in the room was very poor. The noise from the street below clearly entered the room in the early morning, significantly disturbing my sleep. In summary, both the front desk's dereliction of duty and the inferior room facilities fell far short of expectations. I will not choose this hotel again and advise other guests to consider carefully.

First off, the room phone rang at 3 AM. What were they thinking? Luckily, I'm a normal person with a healthy heart; otherwise, I might have had a heart attack. Even as a normal person, being woken up by a phone call at 3 AM made my heart pound uncomfortably. I have no idea what this hotel is trying to pull. On top of that, for a four-star hotel, the showerhead holder in the bathroom was loose and couldn't be fixed in position. I've never stayed in such a bad four-star hotel. I chose this place because I wanted a nice environment, even though it's far from the convention center. Turns out, a closer two-star hotel would have been better. At least they wouldn't call me in the middle of the night to scare me.

I booked this hotel for Genshin Fes, and its advantages are clear: it's very close to the venue. As part of the Hongqiao World Centre Greenland Hotel cluster, the service is also excellent. The apartment facilities are comprehensive, the food delivery locker and快递点 (courier drop-off point) are large and convenient. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs, which ensures high security. The apartment rooms are also well-equipped with living facilities and are spacious. The overall hygiene could use some improvement, and its location is really only ideal for attending exhibitions at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Clover). Commuting to the city center takes too long. Despite these minor flaws, I would still stay here again.
