Nice service and facilities

Newly renovated, the overall environment is good, everything is new. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

We booked a zero pressure king room for three days, and the experience was very bad. After checking in, the room was located at the end of the corridor. The room looked spacious, but after checking in, there was a problem with the exhaust fan, and there was always a bad smell, like after defecation. I thought that this problem could be solved by ventilation, but ventilation couldn't solve it. Later, I told the front desk to change rooms, and then I knew that the hotel staff had known that this room had a smell, but they didn't say it. After we stayed for two days and asked for it, they changed us. The room we changed to was much smaller. We spent the money for a zero pressure king room but enjoyed the feces smell!!! The room we changed to was also very small, and the experience was very bad. I don't want to stay in this hotel in the future!!! It's too bad! No matter what, the room can't have a feces smell, and the hotel staff still arranged it even though they knew it, which is too bullying!!!

The hotel is very good! As soon as you enter the door, you will feel the whole environment is very comfortable! The facilities and equipment are very new! The takeaway is delivered by a robot! The shower water pressure is also very strong! Very clean! There are many choices for breakfast!

The room is clean and hygienic. There is a laundry room on B1F. The waiters are very friendly. In particular, Xiao Zheng at the service desk is gentle and provides warm and thoughtful service.

The hotel is very new, the room is consistent with the picture, the decoration style of the season is as simple, warm and comfortable as always, the whole stay process is pleasant and reassuring, the hotel has all kinds of facilities, the hygiene is meticulous, the breakfast is also very rich, a very satisfactory stay experience, recommended!
