This hotel is conveniently located near Shanghai South Railway Station. The front desk staff were very helpful and responsive to all requests. The breakfast selection was quite good with fresh ingredients. Highly recommended!

This hotel is super convenient in terms of transportation, and overall, it's pretty good. The rooms are quite spacious, making it easy to get around to other places. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the facilities are基本 all there. It's definitely a hotel worth considering.

Small hotel, friendly staff they don’t speak a word of English but will help you with their trusty phone translator. Close to metro, food, and more. The room was comfortable the space was great.

The room was pretty good, very comfortable, and well-equipped. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation and a smart toilet. The bespectacled guy at the front desk was excellent, very helpful. Highly recommend!

The room size is quite spacious, and I was very pleased with the 1.3-meter twin beds. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in, and the front desk staff greeted us warmly when we checked out – all the front desk staff were excellent. The smart toilet and shower had great water pressure and comfortable temperatures, which met my basic business travel needs. For this price point, it offers good value for money. My only suggestion would be to add a coffee machine to the breakfast restaurant, or even just an electric kettle for making instant coffee...

The room smells a bit musky, hotel is very old. But affordable and near train station

Service: First, I have to praise the incredibly excellent service. I called a day in advance to request a king room with an external window, but upon arrival, I found out it was very noisy due to its proximity to the elevated road. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and resolved the issue by upgrading us to a twin room with a window facing the residential area. What was particularly great was that they showed us the room and waited for our approval before assigning the room number. The soundproofing was also quite good. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I arrived at the hotel very late, in the middle of the night, and there was a guy at the front desk waiting for me – very dedicated! They also offered complimentary breakfast and upgraded my room. I slept wonderfully that night and enjoyed a refreshing breakfast the next morning, which really helped shake off my fatigue.

Years sow up when ylu walk into the hotel, they make a good job keeping it clean and tidy, furniture is about to falll apart

I am quite happy to stay at Ibis Styles Hotel Caohejing. Staffs are very helpful to attend to your request. The rooms with twin beds can actually accommodate for 4 persons. Breakfast variety is acceptable and suit our taste. About 700m walk from Hongmei Road metro station and have alot restaurants and shops. Nearby there is a shopping mall about 800m away. I think my stay is worth and enjoyable.
