This hotel truly left a lasting impression; the entire stay was simply amazing. As soon as I arrived, the first thing I saw was the majestic lion statue, full of artistic flair and a sense of ceremony, immediately conveying the hotel's unique design style. Stepping into the lobby, the warm lighting, exquisite spatial design, coupled with the staff's friendly smiles and warm greetings, made me feel right at home from the moment I entered. But what really surprised me was the room itself. The overall design of the room was stunning – modern and elegant, yet with a touch of understated luxury. From the furniture and lighting to every little detail in the room, you could tell the hotel put a lot of thought into its design. What I'll remember most, though, is the river view from the room. The moment I opened the window, the scene before me was truly like a work of art. The river, the city skyline, and the buildings in the distance intertwined, especially in the evening and at night, as the lights slowly came on, the whole of Shanghai transformed into a dynamic urban painting. Just sitting in the room, doing nothing but quietly admiring the river view outside, was an absolute pleasure in itself. The hotel's ambiance, room design, service, and the breathtaking views all made this stay a truly delightful memory. If you're looking for a hotel in Shanghai that offers design, comfort, and incredible views, this place is definitely worth experiencing. It's absolutely a hotel I'd be willing to stay at again. ❤️

Our stay here was truly excellent. The location is fantastic, offering beautiful river views. The hotel staff were all incredibly helpful, and the front desk was professional and efficient. The concierge service was also very thoughtful and attentive. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and we were quite pleased with the food. Overall, there's nothing to fault; it's a very convenient place to stay for travel and sightseeing. We'll definitely prioritize this hotel again if we're back in the area, and we highly recommend it to everyone.

The Bellagio Shanghai is very well-located, right by the Suzhou Creek. The room decor is exquisite and grand, and the whole place is clean and tidy. I booked a city view room this time. The only downside was that the front desk staff seemed quite cold and lacked the necessary warmth during check-in. The hardware was impeccable, and if the front desk service attitude improved, the overall stay experience would be much better.

Having stayed at numerous top-tier five-star hotels both domestically and internationally, especially many in Shanghai, The Bellagio Shanghai is one of the very few that makes me want to return again and again. It's grand yet refined, with impeccable attention to detail. This stay was even better; Penny from guest services was beautiful and enthusiastic. She called and messaged me in advance to inquire about my check-in needs, and upon learning I was with a friend's family, she proactively arranged our rooms on the same floor and close to each other. She thoughtfully prepared fruit and toiletries for the children and even helped coordinate with their partner brand, Range Rover, for station drop-off, ensuring my friend's family and I had a perfect stay. The location is superb, convenient for both The Bund and North Bund, offering Suzhou Creek views, quiet yet central. Another highlight is the fantastic breakfast; The Bellagio's mini wontons are arguably the best in the country. This is a purely handwritten review, and I am extremely, extremely satisfied.

The facilities are well-maintained, with great views from the gym and a quiet, relaxing spa. The staff are professional and enthusiastic, making for a very comfortable overall stay.

Overall, it was a great experience. The room looked clean and tidy, and you could tell the cleaning staff paid attention to the details. I found the soundproofing to be good, and I slept soundly at night. Getting around was very convenient; everything was close by. Ellie really went above and beyond to meet all our needs! There were hardly any downsides; our stay was worry-free, and choosing this place for our trip was definitely a good decision.

Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately drawn to the stunning flower arrangement at the front desk – so stylish and clearly freshly changed that day, it really brought the whole space to life. The hotel's overall Art Deco style, with its geometric lines and brass accents, was a feast for the eyes everywhere, from the elevators to the hallways, and perfectly suited my taste. The cleaning staff were also incredibly friendly, always greeting me warmly, making me feel as comfortable as if I were staying at a friend's house.

The facilities were well-maintained, and all equipment worked perfectly. The soundproofing was decent, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep, and the cleanliness was excellent. The bedding was comfortable, making for an overall pleasant stay. The location is also convenient for getting around, making it a great choice for accommodation.
