Staff were prompt and kind to talk to. One of the big concerns is they barely speak English- but Google Translate is a big help.
The breakfast buffet was actually good, and you could see that it's food is newly cooked (not reheated).
Hotel is near a "mini" mall, which has Aldi (supermarket), Starbucks, NaiXue (milk tea place), and some other restaurants nearby. Is also accessible to MTR.
One concern is the hallways smell of cigarettes, but overall it was a nice experience.

The service is too poor, and the room cleaning is perfunctory; I suggest you carefully consider choosing this All Seasons. The picture below shows the room just after cleaning, and there is no trace of cleaning at all.

The service is attentive, the room is clean and tidy, and it is near the subway.
