We have really good service & location to enjoy New Year fireworks & have swimming pool 🏊♀️ breakfast was tasty with many options but cups for coffee were very dirty . I never see such issue before in this type of hotels

Such a beautiful hotel. I love their interiors. Has a classy furniture and design. They have good food. Room is big and very clean. I like fancy hotels! And most of all, excellent service. Although i wish some staff can speak English. But overall, I enjoyed my stay!

A new 5 star hotel near dishui lake which needs a few more touches but is getting there.

Everything’s about Artyzen was excellent. The service was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms and amenities were classy. They prepared snacks as a welcome gift and gave another gift when I left. The breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty food. I would highly recommend it.

Check-in and check-out are very efficient, and the hotel staff has a good and thoughtful service attitude. Upgraded to a lake view suite, the view is great, you can enjoy the lake view while sitting in the living room. The parking lot is large. The guest room facilities are new, Kohler smart toilet, the bathroom is large and clean, and the price-performance ratio is very high for a lakeside hotel.

The only problem is that the distance from check-in to the guest room is too far... I went from the underground parking lot to the 2nd floor, then walked through a long corridor to take the elevator to the 1st floor to check in, then returned to the 2nd floor after checking in, and then walked through the corridor to the corresponding floor of the room... I was exhausted dragging my luggage and my baby... The breakfast looked quite varied, but it was not very delicious for this price The overall experience was still very good! It was suitable for the children's playground, and my baby loved it!

It's great, except that it's a bit far and a bit troublesome to walk back and forth to find the elevator in the building. The point of complaint is the hotel breakfast. Except for the noodles and wontons, other dishes and breakfast are cold, and the fried egg dishes are cold. They are both cold in the morning, which lowers the feeling. The breakfast variety is single and there is nothing good to experience. The buildings around the hotel are basically built, but there are few people, and there is no popularity. It's a new city. Drive around the streets a few times. There is no place to eat or buy things. Maybe it's the Spring Festival holiday, but it's true that the new city is lonely. Overall, if you want to slow down and find a quiet place to rest, it's enough to have a swimming pool, fitness, party and Dishui Lake.

A very good hotel. I checked many reviews and chose it because it has a children's playground. My baby is just over one year old, so it is very important to have a children's playground. During the Chinese New Year, the front desk of Yachen had a long queue, but they handled it very well. They will tell you how long it will take for the room to be cleaned. You can go to the children's playground or go to the nearby Dishui Lake for a stroll. It is understandable during the Chinese New Year. The room is very large, and each room has a bathtub. We also have the future. I would like to thank the waiter for helping us get two fences because the child is too young. In addition, there is free travel photography here. The photographer who took our photos is also very responsible. The cooperative supplier is great. I think it is worth mentioning that their amusement park has two floors. The upper floor is very suitable for small babies, and there are more older children below, so it is actually good for children to practice crawling and walking upstairs. Parking is also free. The service response is very fast. It was a very happy trip.
