JI Hotel (Shanghai Anting Subway Station)

The service was, as always, excellent and very prompt. It was clean and the facilities were good, though the sink was a bit small. Everything else was fine, and the surroundings are very convenient with plenty of places to eat nearby.

The service was exceptional, especially the front desk staff at night who checked me in – their attitude was incredibly touching. My stay was very comfortable, and the two ladies at the front desk during check-out were also super gentle. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

The location is very convenient, right next to the subway exit, and there are other businesses like Jiatinghui nearby~

The room was understated, right in the commercial area across from the subway station. It was clean, spacious, and had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Better than I expected! They also had a robot delivery service for meals and other items, which was a nice touch and a good experience.

The hotel's location is easy to find, and there are many rooms on each floor. First, the pros: 1. The environment is pretty good. 2. The room space is quite large. 3. There's a sofa in the room. 4. The thin duvet was great because the room was warm even without the AC on; the thickness was just right. Cons: The sound of water draining from other rooms' showers is very loud, the room's soundproofing is poor, you can hear conversations from the hallway, and the gap under the door is large, so even with the room lights off at night, the hallway light can still shine through.

This stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find, making getting around a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean, with a simple yet elegant layout. The mattress and pillows were just the right firmness, making for a truly relaxing sleep. The front desk staff were polite and attentive, always quick to help with any issues. The common areas were neat and tastefully decorated, creating a very pleasant atmosphere overall. It's a great choice for accommodation when traveling.

You can tell the hotel is a bit old, especially the bathroom facilities, which look quite dated. It's hard to tell if it's due to a lack of thorough cleaning or just old wear and tear. The soundproofing is practically non-existent; you can hear everything going on in the next room or the hallway very clearly. Someone was smoking in the hotel, and the hallway reeked of smoke. Even with the fan on in the room's bathroom, the smell of smoke would occasionally waft in. The location is convenient, right next to the subway station and a nearby shopping area, making it easy to get around and find food. The ladies at the front desk were all very helpful and patient. However, for some reason, the male staff couldn't take phone calls; after picking up and talking, they would hand the phone off to another female staff member, leading to redundant communication. I hope the male staff receive better training.

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. Most importantly, the staff's service attitude was superb. My child fell asleep, and they even helped me carry him upstairs. There's free parking available, and it's super convenient with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby.
