Staff very helpful and professional.
Hotel was very dirty, no shower curtain and the water tap was incorrect. The hot was cold and the cold was hot

The hygiene is poor, the bed is a bit collapsed, the equipment is old, and the main reason is that the sound insulation is very, very poor! There were two women yelling there in the middle of the night, very loud! I could hear the coughing and chatting around me clearly, and I didn't fall asleep all night.
