Overall a disappointing experience for several reasons. I’m not one who usually writes negative reviews or makes lists of issues when I stay at hotels, but there were a few that were difficult to ignore: 1. I stayed on Christmas Eve because we were having the hotel’s brunch the next day. I thought I would have a nice, relaxing morning to wake up and get ready, but instead was awoken to construction work out in the hallway—drilling and hammering that were incredibly loud. Furthermore, the whole room was then filled with the STRONGEST, AWFUL smell of burning plastic that I had ever smelt. Because none of the windows in the room could open, I had to suffer through the smell and try to ready as quickly as possible…not a pleasant way to wake up! 2. The bathroom just wasn’t clean. There were urine and possible blood stains on the toilet seat and floor that I had to wipe away when I first arrived to the room. Cleaning services should do a better job to check the toilet surfaces when cleaning. 3. It’s December and the middle of a cold snap in Shanghai, but for some reason the room was unbearably hot and stuffy. I turned off the heating and even tried to turn on the cold AC but the temperature remained the same. It was difficult to sleep because of how hot and sweaty I was. The windows couldn’t be opened so I couldn’t even get a fresh breeze…

Very clean, convenient transportation, very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The front desk service is attentive and kind. The room is not big, but the facilities are very good. The building is very distinctive.

I originally planned to live for a day. It was so interesting to play games and activities with strange friends at night, and there was a public kitchen. Everyone who came here can leave their own story. The front desk service is responsive, this must be praised, the waiter asked me when I came that day, do I need brown sugar ginger tea? Too warm in the day Although the infrastructure is not very good, the sanitation is very clean, and the cleaning aunt is also. I accidentally spilled water on the bed at night. The cleaning aunt also helped me change the sheets and quilts and mattresses. The service is really great

First of all, the traffic is really convenient. It takes ten minutes to walk from Nanjing East Road to the subway station to the Bund. You can walk to the Bund! Secondly, the room is very clean and tidy, the bed is big, sleeping 3 big and 3 small will not feel crowded at all! You can see the Oriental Pearl Tower in the room, it is so beautiful! Again, thanks to the landlord, it's really good. Just tell him what you need, and immediately help arrange it, and the route to go will also help provide it! Stayed here for three days and the experience is very good! Friends who come to Shanghai to travel, you must not be wrong to choose here.

After reading a few bad reviews, I have been hesitant to live, but the two children said that they like the big bathtub, so they chose this place. After living in, the children were very pleasantly surprised and very happy. I didn’t expect the room to be so big. The night view outside was very beautiful, although it was not a room on the Bund. What location is not easy to find, my daughter's customer service is still the location and pictures sent by the boss, and she quickly found the place, and the attitude is very good. If there is a problem, it will be solved immediately. We went out to play and came back to the garbage. Put it up, That is, the sound insulation of the door is perfect, the window is very soundproof, and the door has a gap. In short, I am very satisfied, I will choose this one if I have the opportunity to go to Shanghai again.
