We just had some concerns during booking and check in, it was not indicated that our room has no windows but the reception just gave us this room without windows. The room is not big, so it is just right for a person to live in a double room with a child. There is no need to worry about the child falling on the floor when sleeping. The location is very good, 7-8 minutes walk from the People's Square subway station, less than 10 minutes walk from the Museum of Natural History, and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. It's also a 10-minute walk to Lujiazui and Jing'an Temple subway stations. I originally wanted to give it 5 stars, but the bed sheets were not changed cleanly on the last day. I hope to pay attention to it in the future.

Have to say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! ! ! The hotel has an elegant environment and a strong sense of design! The mattress is very comfortable and I slept beautifully all night. The front desk male staff are friendly and friendly. The only downside is that the car parked at the door blocked me from pulling my luggage into the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. This is a really comfortable apartment in a great location. Transportation to everywhere is made really easy with the West Nanjing Rd subway just across the street. There are 24h convenient stores and a large western supermarket nearby for grocery shopping. The inside is spacious and has a decent kitchen and a convenient set up of a bathroom, large closets, and 2 large bedrooms with king beds. We were here for a work trip and stayed for about a week and the amenities are complete to serve the apartment as a home away from home. The host is very responsive and accommodating and she also provides clear instructions for check-in/out and for the usage of all the equipment in the apartment. Thank you, Faye. Highly recommend and will come back again in winter to try out the floor heating!

I didn’t feel very satisfied with the room I originally booked. I upgraded to a round bed room. The round bed room is still very beautiful and the environment feels good. The most important thing is that it is very, very close to the Museum of Nature, 200 meters away in a straight line. There is also a subway nearby. Station, you can go to the science and technology museum, but personally feel that there are not many breakfasts nearby

You are all great and provided us with cordial and meticulous care while we were away from home. The young man and young lady in the front office were very attentive, delivering water, cards, and giving directions. Thank you very much. The tone of the hotel is that of old Shanghai. Everything from the decoration to the furniture is very comfortable and the space is very large. The bathroom also has a heated towel rack, which is a thumbs up. It's a beautiful hotel! Great location and staffs are warm and smiley! We booked the Shanghai Bus Tour and its really convenient because 1 of the stop is just 1 street away. Not to mention the convenience of the airport and the high speed railway station is all on the same line! We didn't have the buffet breakfast but there are tons of shopping and food all around the hotel. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you Marriot!
