We booked in this area because of it's proximity to Disneyland. I found the ladies working there to be very friendly and helpful, they had recommendations and advice for us. The reason for scoring lower on cleanliness is that there are currently ongoing renovations, the room was quite dusty because of this and there were odor remover packs in the room. The noise from the renovations prevented my daughter from having a nap in the daytime. They do pack up and the evening had no building sounds. The decor is very attractive for little girls, they loved the bunk bed and pink walls. The hotel also has a very convenient bus transfer to Disney early enough to get a comfortable space in the queue and a return bus after the final show and Disney closes. If taking the morning shuttle put aside some extra time because the hotel is very busy with Disney families and there is only one elevator. As part of the whole Disney experience with wanting somewhere affordable to stay I would recommend the hotel- maybe more so after the renovations are complete.
