A little smell in the room . No entry hall way in first floor , so no car can drop you , or pick you up at the door . Checking in hall way is at 33 floor . Front desk people is very helpful . I love my room with bike to exercise.

I don’t usually like to write comment or reviews. But the front desk (Kimi) he is genuinely nice, what an excellent service! We had our rooms upgraded for free. The rooms are big and well maintained. For this price, it’s one of the best in Pudong hotels. Breakfast is a nice variety buffet. But I would not recommend the lunch. It’s a simple dimsum Chinese restaurant, if you’re not a fan of dimsum or steam buns don’t purchase the add-ons lunch. Just enjoy the room staycation with bathtub, outdoor swimming pool, gym, a sauna and jacuzzi, what else do you want? Also it’s worth to mention it’s only 5mins. walk to Aldi, get all the snacks you want and you won’t be disappointed. Convenient location! just few minutes walk to metro Line 9. Great stay!

Hotel is a little old but more importantly, Executive Lounge was closed and shifted to restaurant downstairs. Food options for afternoon tea and cocktail hours had very little variety. Breakfast was only slightly better but still not of Marriott standard. Except for check in which was very good and fast and staff was efficient, otherwise everything else are lacking the Marriott and 5 star standard. What was most preposterous is during breakfast, several guests took the scoop spoon for the sauces and put into the mouth to taste the sauce and then proceeded to put the same spoon back into the same sauce bowl he tasted from. Staff didn’t do anything at all. I do not think this is acceptable in any part of the world. Quite disappointed overall.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and all the staff are extremely helpful and patient. The concierge, front desk receptionists, and cleaners all go above and beyond. It was a great experience to check in. I didn't check in until 10:30 in the evening. The lady at the front desk said that the sofa bed had been laid out. She also picked up an extra set of slippers and toiletries. I immediately felt like I was home. The room was very clean and the bedding smelled great. There are also many varieties of breakfast, and the children even commented on how delicious the pork rib rice dumplings in the morning were at noon. It was a great hotel. There's always clean. Guys on reception were nice to me. I'm foreigner who don't know Chinese language so I was really worried about how I would explain in what I need. The hotel was as described. My room was clean and everything worked. Shower worked well and shampoo soap etc was provided. Security was good and my room was cleaned every day. lovely room. nice bathtub. comfy beds. great views. easy access to 3 metro stations and a variety of ameninites (malls, local business, international food, parks, etc.). location is in a quieter business neighborhood only complain is that there were some inconveniences - the location of the meituan waimai locker was confusing and poorly communicated to the guest, the use and rules for the pool were confusing and unclear, among a few other minor issues. However, every issue was kindly and efficiently handled by hotel staff overall, quite good!

Great location and very welcoming staff. Kevin at the reception was very friendly, spoke great English and helped me with a late check out. You can't beat this location and price. Fantastic! Locate right across the road to the exhibition center, subway entrance in right next to the lobby entrance. Across the road many eateries and night outing too. The family room's bathroom has no privacy.. travel with kids is fine but if u travel with siblings then.... 7th floor consist of all the facilities, superb. Cold and fire room, warm water pool, indoor swimming pool, good gym facilities.. just that the center area is under renovation closed for guest.

I had a good stay at Karry hotel pudong for a weekend. The swimming pool and Kid play ground were amazing for 5 and 7 years kids. All the staffs were kind and nice, they cares customers well. Room condition was also good. And extra bed was simply arranged for kid. Karry hotel pudong was really family friendly hotel and wanted to stay soon. Every time I come to Shanghai, I live in Youyou Hotel, and this time the family chose an apartment. The room is not too big, but it is compact and well-equipped. There are simple kitchen equipment to make coffee, hot breakfast and so on. The service was very good. It was too hot in Shanghai. We hid in the room and didn't go out. The staff who cleaned the room warmly called and asked when it was convenient to clean. Because there is a sink in the open kitchen, there is a smell of the floor drain, so I told her and helped us deal with it. The disadvantage is that the apartment is a bit old, the facilities are outdated, there are few power plugs, and the floor drain smells bad.

Clean room, with a pleasant park view. Up-riding metro escalator is right at the hotel's side entrance. Lift to metro is just across the street. KFC and convenience store are beside the hotel too. One metro stop from maglev station. Room is of a good size, and the insulation between rooms is better than we expected. However, I must say that the shower set-up in the bathroom is very difficult to use, as it is not very well thought through.

Really great hotel! Before I came, I called and asked if I wanted nucleic acid. I told me with a super good attitude. I did my best when I checked in. The price is really a bargain in Lujiazui~ I don't love it. The room is relatively small but very cozy. There is Xiaodu on the bedside table. My boyfriend and I have been calling Xiaodu Xiaodu hahahahaha, we are in a hurry because I accompany my boyfriend to see the waist and didn't take many photos. Overall, I’m very satisfied and I like it! ! There are also many takeaways around, very convenient. The attitude of the front desk is also 100 minutes. For traffic, there is a subway station within seven or eight minutes on foot, nice!
