First, the good points: The room facilities were nice, and the overall environment was decent. It was also quiet at night, no noise at all. They even provided complimentary fruit upon check-in. Now, the downsides: It was way too hot. Even with the air conditioning off, it was still sweltering, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. My husband even got up in the middle of the night to open the door for some air. I didn't get good rest and had to go to my exam the next day with huge dark circles under my eyes. The reason I chose this hotel was for an exam, and all hotels were ridiculously overpriced. The price didn't match the facilities, so I figured since I was spending the money, I might as well choose a better one, but I still didn't get good rest. When we first entered the room, there was a strange smell. Housekeeping even came to open the windows and spray air freshener, but it didn't help much. There was hair in the amenity kit, and small trash left by the previous guest on the shower caddy. Overall, my experience was just average.

The room is very good, very large and a small balcony, although it is at Shangluo Bus Terminal, but it is very quiet, the health is very clean, the service is very warm, the downstairs is next to the special call charging, very friendly to the tram owner, and there are souvenirs, breakfast like home sour noodle soup is delicious

The room was a normal size, a light luxury option at 30+ square meters, but it didn't feel spacious. It had a smart toilet. The front desk offered a free upgrade, but the fourth floor was fully booked. Overall, the stay was not a good experience. The pool had children's swimming lessons on weekends, so it was crowded in the afternoon. There were no lockers, towels, or toiletries. Considering it was a vacation, it was fine; it wasn't exactly a resort hotel. The most unbearable thing was the lack of hot water for showering in the evening. While the tub was running hot, the showerhead wasn't. Once the tub was half full, the showerhead ran out of hot water. Fortunately, I didn't apply shampoo to my hair. The next morning, I asked the front desk to change the towels. Normally, both the bath towels and the bath towels would be changed. Upon returning to the room, they only changed the bath towels. The other damp bath towels were left untouched. The breakfast at a four-star hotel was inferior to that of a similarly priced budget chain hotel. For a 400 yuan per night hotel in Shangluo, there were no snacks, only a small amount of fruit, and no milk or bread. I was satisfied with the fried rice. There was a special hot and sour noodle dish, but it was average.
