體驗感很差的一次住宿，感覺酒店是空有其表。從停車開始，沒有充足的停車位，辦理入住開始，前台工作人員就一直在打電話，就直接給了一張房卡，沒有告知在幾樓哪個房間。預訂的是高級大床房，給開的房間是一間由原來的親子房撤了一些設施改造的，體驗感特別差，房間的電話都沒有插線。

訂房10分鐘以內，臨時有事去不了。打電話過去就無法取消訂單，很坑這個服務，頭一次見。酒店的被子套就跟白蟻吃了一樣，都爛了。露台有沙發，也不清掃出灰，弄人一身的土。花了1300米，感覺很拉胯。徒有其名

事情沒辦好，又續住了，唯一吐槽的就是早餐，外包之後質量肉眼可見的下降了，沒四星級酒店的標準，再不改進我就換其他酒店不在定點這家了。吐槽歸吐槽，五星好評吧

酒店就在江邊，吃完飯帶長者孩子溜達也很方便，早餐也很豐盛，就是車位不足需要停在路邊。

極差無比的一次入住，前台服務差，説話愛搭不理，説事情半天沒反饋，回到房間晚上十點半打電話讓送兩瓶礦泉水上來，前台説好的，到第二天早上都沒送到，吹風機放到牀頭櫃裏，找了好久找不到，前一天晚上入住時因為定錯房間沒有定帶早餐的房間，問前台可以加嗎，説讓明天早上在去加，告訴我早飯九點半結束，我早上九點零幾分去前台買早餐券，告訴我早餐結束了，總之是極差無比的一次入住體驗。

首先聲明，我從未在點評上給別人過差評，但真的第一次住服務態度這麼差的酒店！晚上到達的酒店才發現沒有停車位，保安説就停在路邊沒事不貼條，酒店門外明明有更近的位置也不讓停，一晚上加第二天早上一共給別人挪了3次車。由於五一假期的緣故也沒有多想，可以理解。
但更讓人生氣的是，自己新買的物品明明丟在了酒店（確定一定丟在了酒店），打電話讓前台幫忙問一下，第一次前台極其不耐煩的問都不問説沒有。第二次致電直接非常不耐煩的説沒解決辦法，也沒辦法問保潔，保潔沒給就是沒有，不用問，在我的多次懇求下前台表示可以打電話問下今天所住房內的顧客，還給我説，他衹是能問一下沒有就算了，讓我不要再找了。前台的服務態度真的讓人非常生氣。老公看不下去了給攜程打了電話，結果收到了前台打來電話的呵斥。真的不理解這種的酒店運營是如何管理的，這樣的服務態度真是不敢恭維！

🎉超幸運在省考前撿漏到這家考場附近的寶藏酒店！前台小姐姐電話確認入住時就感受到滿滿的暖意，入住當天微信又發來 "預祝上岸" 的祝福💐，瞬間被戳中！
房間還貼心準備了🍉水果拼盤，推開窗就是帶露台的驚喜房型，雖然考試當天陰雨綿綿，但想象晴天時坐在露台上🌞曬着太陽複習的愜意感，簡直治癒！床品柔軟到想打包帶走，細節處都透露出用心～強烈安利給備考黨，這波考前 buff 拉滿！🌟（PS：前台小姐姐顏值超高，服務堪比家人💖）

抱着試試看的心態，沒有住平常經常住的維也納和如家商旅，選擇了這個酒店。江景雙床房竟然沒有工作桌和電腦桌！真是奇葩，我住過的酒店，除了情趣酒店，哪個標間沒有工作桌？房間帶個小露台，推開門出去的時候撞了一臉蜘蛛網，各種小蟲子屍體和灰塵。最奇葩，最奇葩的是沒有冷氣！！！半夜熱醒後衹能把露台的推拉門打開透氣，無奈窗紗不嚴實，又熱又被蚊蟲叮咬，一晚沒睡好。早起一看，室温28度！請各位朋友避坑！維也納什麼的比他好太多了
