陰雨天裏插空兩天的晴天出來玩兒，入住商洛皇冠假日酒店，日子也很好連續兩天很多人結婚，酒店工作人員很細心，前台Eva 知道我們是出來玩兒的，並沒有給我們安排到有接親的樓層，所以不算吵，這個舉動就很貼心了，退房的時候大堂人有點多，就很吵，拿了會員飲品就退房了，入住體驗還算不錯👍

房間裝修很OK，衞生看着也還行，有頂噴，能提供嬰兒床但是沒有床圍。
跟前台説是雙床房，還是跟我們一起上去的，説床是拼好的，我看了下，當時就説怎麼是大床，結果前台看了下説是拼好的，我當時衹以為是床小，結果晚上回去才發現，根本就是一張1.8的床，雙床的尺寸是1.35*2，有沒有拼床，前台不知道也看不出來嗎？帶着孩子，三個擠了一晚上的1.8的床，一晚上沒有睡好，第二天本來要去金絲峽，完全沒有精力，衹能回家了。
再説早餐，種類極少，從來沒有吃過這麼差的酒店早餐連快捷都不如，最多的是麪包，衹有面檔、豆腐腦、胡辣湯、雞蛋、紅薯、雞胸、鴨胸肉呀、飲料，米線裏的炸豆腐粒竟然都發黴，香腸是臭的。
酒店大廳有客人抽煙，沒有見到勸阻，走廊味道很奇怪，房間雖然沒有明顯的煙味，但是呆久了還是能聞到異味，不知道是不是煙臭味！
泳池的救生員更是搞笑，不是人不在就是在躺椅上玩手機！找人給泳圈打氣，找了三圈，讓門口負責登記的人進去才找到人。
退房時跟前台説了問題，説給我們打個八折，真是給我氣笑了，行程都讓你們給毀了。
哦對了，還有點不太明白，在攜程已經交了保障金，為什麼要收1K的按金，三千一晚的酒店也住過，沒見過收這麼多的。

硬件不錯，軟件服務也很好，雖然和一線和省會的洲際和皇冠稍有差距，但是在三四線城市這種服務也很棒了，也需要因地制宜，比如國慶的婚宴很多，對交通和酒店有些擁堵，但是換位想下也能理解，酒店也需要這些來運營，互相多些包容就更有動力進步。建議酒店加些當地的因素，文旅互動，宣傳商洛。泉州的皇冠我覺得這方面很好，電梯裏的造船龍骨圖，非遺的表演，當然這也和政府的支持密不可分。

酒店整體都設計感滿滿，房間乾淨舒適，還配備了健身房、游泳池，早餐也很豐盛，入住後房間有點小問題，前台Megan 積極響應解決，更換了新房間，服務態度熱情專業，住的很滿意，如果下次去商洛，還會選擇皇冠假日！

酒店設施比較新，有游泳池健身房，停車位也比較多，距離萬達廣場、丹江公園、商周夜市都很近。但是，前台給了神仙一樣的安排，500+的房間，給我們全力推薦並安排到電梯旁邊的一間，因為剛入住的時候剛好下雨、打雷閃電，一直以為是外面的問題，最後外面雨停了還是轟隆隆的響個不停，真**，沒有下一次了……真心不如亞朵
