This involves the hotel's infrastructure setting, so as a guest, I can only accept the bill, because your air conditioning control reasons or my "demand" is unreasonable? As an independently operated hotel, adjusting the air conditioning should be one of its basic functions, not a personalized demand. I spent 700 yuan to stay in the hotel for one night, but I didn't even have the right to enjoy the cold air of the air conditioner. This made me feel angry and helpless, how could I talk about comfort and warmth, so your so-called home culture of home-like guests is just a joke?

設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，環境舒適優雅，空間大，前台工作人員服務態度非常好，就在客運站旁邊出行方便。
