首次入住酒店時，我發現無法開啟空調製冷功能，衹能依賴通風。外面温度高達28度，而室內温度始終維持在29-30度之間。因此，我衹能不斷地開窗和開門進行通風。儘管酒店提供了空調扇，但它並未帶來任何涼意。我向前台提出了反饋，但經過一番溝通後得知，空調並非酒店可以獨立控制的設施。這涉及到酒店的基礎設施設定問題，所以作為客人，我衹能接受買單，因為你們的空調管控原因或是我的“需求”不合理？
作為一家獨立運營的酒店，調節空調應是其基本功能之一，而非個性化的需求。我花費700元入住一晚酒店，卻連享受空調冷風的權利都沒有，這讓我感到既憤怒又無奈，何談舒適與温馨，所以你們如家所謂的賓至如歸的家文化，就是一句玩笑話？

房間很寬敞，裝修的非常簡約現代，大落地窗非常敞亮，雖然臨馬路，但是晚上一點也不吵。床墊很舒服，晚上睡的很香。早餐種類也很豐富，有現做的麪，還有包子、發糕、麪包、炒菜、水果，喝的有咖啡、稀飯、豆漿，遠超出預期。隔壁就是商洛客運站，停車很方便且免費，有很多充電樁，夜間充電很便宜。

房間很大，床和枕頭都很舒服，衞生很乾凈，洗澡水很好，水壓大很舒服，周圍環境優美，交通便利，免費停車，早餐花樣多味道鮮美，早晨從酒店照的外邊的風景很美
