When I checked out, I told the front desk about the problem, and they offered us a 20% discount. It really made me laugh. You guys ruined my trip. Oh, and I'm still a little confused. I already paid a security deposit on Ctrip, so why did they charge a 1,000 yuan deposit? I've stayed in hotels that cost 3,000 yuan a night, but I've never seen them charge so much.
