Great service. Front desk receptionists have amiable attitude and are very friendly. My room is so clean and is equipped with modern facilities. I highly recommend this place.

Service is very good, staff friendly. Breakfast good. Suggestions well respected. Request to send us to bullet train station, they only charge a nominal fee, no surcharge. Free pickup from the station also. The car trunk is pretty big.
Washing machine and drier, iron pad, small gym also. Facilities are well above the normal three star hotel. The hotel is humble and ready to take suggestions for improvement. The only pity is there is no tower hanger in toilet. All others are good.

這次入住體驗完全超出了我的預期。剛進大堂就被前台小姐姐温暖的笑容打動，三分鐘就辦好了手續，還貼心地提醒我洗衣服務。打開房間，房間比圖片上更敞亮，落地窗外的綠樹輕輕搖晃，陽光透過紗簾灑在木地板上，連空氣裏都飄着淡淡的香氣。特別是床墊軟硬剛剛好，枕芯很舒服，牀頭櫃放着便簽本和鉛筆，洗漱用品都用絨布收納袋裝着。浴室裏的淋浴很好，酒店裡的智能客控很好！小度超級好用，睡覺後空調自動調成睡眠模式，很不錯！
總之，入住體驗非常的棒喲，大家可以放心選擇這家放心沖，不論是服務還是衞生都很棒，房間裏有免費提供的純凈水還有茶包 前台還有入住贈送的咖啡豆漿奶茶也都很好喝！！！冰咖啡推薦！下次還會再來！

設施：新裝修的的酒店，全屋智能家居，床很軟，也是智能馬桶，最喜歡的還是 關窗簾關燈和開空調播放音樂都可以叫:小度同學 幫忙操作。
周邊附近也有很多美食，超市水果店等等 離步行街和正弘滙，萬達都不遠，出行也是十分方便
衞生：住了很多次了，衞生都沒出過什麼問題，可能最近無五一比較忙，有些小瑕疵不過酒店的服務小姐姐都幫忙解決好了，整體看來床單都是有摺痕，一客一換的。包括我居住了三天，期間阿姨還幫忙打掃了衞生，添加了牙刷，更換了毛巾等等。。
環境：環境確實可以，進門就是金碧輝煌的酒店🏨大廳，門口就是自助餐廳，旁邊前台小姐姐穿着也十分乾淨整潔。酒店內都鋪有靜音毛毛毯，隔音窗户，睡眠體驗還是可以的。
服務：前台服務小姐姐的服務態度真是特別好！因為是老客户，加過微信，入住前小姐姐就溝通可以幫忙提前入住，後面因為五一人多客户延遲退房，小姐姐跟我打了十幾個電話聯繫我，還幫我升級了房型，送了水果等等，很甜 ᖰ⌯'▾'⌯ᖳ。後面包括洗衣服，換毛巾，幫我登陸電視會員等等，服務態度真的很好。説實話同價位酒店服務在商丘已經算是一等一的了，而且前台小姐姐們都長得很漂亮喔～
