The front desk service at the hotel was very indifferent, inflexible and rigid. When I booked a room the night before, I was told that I was worried that there would be no room and I had to pay extra to upgrade the room type. When I arrived the next day, I was still told that there was no room type and I was asked to pay more. It was just a scam. I paid more. The room type I paid for to upgrade was rubbish. I was woken up by the heat immediately after the power cut. I couldn't sleep at all. It went off several times early in the morning. The room number was not given on the room card.
