Shangrao Xinbang Hotel

The room is quite spacious, and I particularly liked the well-partitioned bathroom – it felt very comfortable. Many of the designs are quite thoughtful and convenient to use. The only minor issue is that the blackout curtains aren't very effective, which might be a problem for light sleepers. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic; asking them about local information was much better than relying on guides. Also, the Chen Hong restaurant next to the hotel, which they recommended, has really good food, and the owner is very good at business.

The room size was adequate, and it seemed clean. Both the front desk and room service were good. However, what's with turning off the air conditioning in the middle of the night? There was no prior warning or notification. They switched off the AC cooling in the middle of the night, leaving my child and me sweating profusely. I tried adjusting the AC for ages, only to find the temperature rising instead of dropping. I called the front desk, and a man answered. When I asked if they had turned off the AC cooling, he confirmed it. His reason was that even though it's spring, it's still quite cold at night... I told him it was too hot, and he offered to bring a fan! Seriously, with temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius, how cold can it possibly get at night? And besides, if you're going to turn off the AC, why didn't you inform us beforehand? Did you provide lighter blankets? The thick duvet was perfect with the AC on, but in the middle of the night, the AC went from a comfortable temperature to 25.6 degrees, then 26. My child was drenched in sweat!

The location is excellent, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The environment is grand and elegant, with clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. The service is warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and the breakfast offers a rich variety, including plenty of local specialties. The facilities are comprehensive, and parking is convenient.

Fantastic location, excellent service, and a super comfy bed! It's a great choice for couples or friends traveling together. Room service was incredibly convenient. Thumbs up! I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

Stayed in Shangrao for a night to visit Ling Mountain. It's a 30-minute drive from Ling Mountain. The room decor, facilities, and cleanliness were all good. There's a bathtub, and the hairdryer is a Laifen. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong, and there was plenty of hot water.

The room was excellent and offered great value for money. Facilities: Brand new!!! Cleanliness: Very clean, perfect for tourists. Service: The front desk staff was very kind.

The service was excellent. The bedding was new, thick, and very comfortable – high quality. The room was clean, cozy, and had no unpleasant odors whatsoever, even the bathroom was spotless. Plus, there was a large bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.

I'm quite satisfied. The room is very large, clean, and bright. The front desk lady was also very helpful and even upgraded our room for free. There's a park downstairs, so the environment is fantastic!
