Traveling with family, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision! All the staff members were incredibly kind and attentive. They saw us struggling with our bags and immediately offered to help, which showed great attention to detail. The room was quite spacious, easily accommodating three people without feeling cramped. The cleanliness was impeccable; the floors and tables were spotless. The hallway was very quiet, so we didn't have to worry about being disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms late at night. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and was clean and odor-free. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable; our entire stay was completely hassle-free and significantly enhanced our travel experience. I've already recommended it to friends planning trips! Most importantly, the front desk lady provided excellent service. She saw we were wet from the rain and offered us ginger tea and slippers – a huge thumbs up to her!!!

We had a very satisfying stay! The staff saw we were tired from our travels and had a child with us, so they kindly provided a foot-soaking tub. The next day, we had to catch an early train. We went to the dining area before 7 AM, and the canteen auntie specifically started setting up breakfast early for us, so we could eat quickly. The owner was also very enthusiastic and showed us a faster route to the high-speed rail station. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a washer and dryer. The room was clean, and the soundproofing was very good.
