我於2月12日凌晨4:30多抵達酒店，當時前台明確同意我辦理入住手續。然而，令人意外的是，在入住後不久，酒店方面卻告知我需要額外付款提前入住的幾個小時的鐘點房費用！！！
1. 訊息不透明，誤導消費者：在辦理入住時，酒店工作人員並未明確告知提前入住需要額外收費，而是直接同意了我的入住請求。這種訊息的不透明性嚴重誤導了我，讓我誤以為可以按照正常價格入住，直到事後才被告知需要額外付款費用。
2. 違反誠信原則：酒店作為服務提供方，應當遵循誠信經營的原則。在消費者已經同意入住並完成相關手續後，單方面提出額外收費要求，不僅違背了雙方的約定，也損害了消費者的權益。
3. 收費標準不合理：即使酒店有提前入住收費的規定，但凌晨4:00至正常入住時間之間的幾個小時收取鐘點房費用也顯得過於苛刻。這段時間內，房間並未得到充分利用，且我作為消費者已經付款了整晚的房費。
4. 服務體驗差：此次事件不僅讓我在經濟上受到了損失，更嚴重影響了我的入住體驗。原本期待在酒店得到充分的休息，卻因額外的費用糾紛而心煩意亂！！！
我認為酒店此次的行為嚴重損害了我的權益。我希望平台能夠對此事進行調查處理，並對酒店的不合理收費行為進行糾正。同時，我也呼籲廣大消費者在選擇酒店時要謹慎對待，避免遭遇類似的不愉快經歷！！！
此次差評不僅是對此次入住體驗的不滿表達，更是為了維護自身權益和提醒其他消費者注意類似問題。希望平台和酒店能夠重視消費者的聲音，改進服務質量，共同營造一個公平、透明、誠信的消費環境！！！
一開始需要扣除120按金，後來經過多方協商才達到89塊錢，也是超過了平台鐘點房的價格81塊錢，不信可以上平台看看。
希望平台給予嚴厲處罰和監管。
最後我希望你不要再狡辯了，都是事實，謝謝。
作為一個廣豐人的我會勸誡我身邊，我認識的所有廣豐的外地的下一次入住永利酒店的思考再三。
