The hotel has a nice interior with modern chinesr vibes, the property is massive,the room and property are clean, also excellent service from the get go. When I arrived I was greeted by the hotel staff 陈红桃 and he was friendly and attentively carry our luggage and handled it very well to our rooms. We were also picked up and helped by him on our check out, excellent hospitality. There are gold carts that can take you around the property and 外卖 can also go into the property which makes ordering food in so convinient!

Grand house shangrao is one of it own kind built on the lines of some ancient palace. Excellent place to stay and chill in the fresh and serene shangrao this place add more to its beauty. Hotel service is excellent staff is extremely polite especially mr liu jie feng was really instrumental in arranging sightseeing of shangrao vadoo and lingshan mountain. Room are good and very comfortable. Hotel scenery is very serene, there is a small river tributary going next to the hotel along with that hotel has built up a jogging track. So its like mountain and river and you are on a same track. There is also a enjoyment park for kids just nearby.

An exquisite resort, staff are very kind and helpful, the garden is well maintained and enjoyable, the buffet breakfast has many different variety of delicious food, has complimentary hanfu rental and DIY handcraft gifts, overall very good experience stay

Great location - nice ambiance.
Enjoyed specifically the restaurant. Great personnel and special thanks to the chef who although after 9pm the restaurant had closed for the accepted us for dinner. The dishes were of very high quality -
Rooms are very spacious and the equipment of excellent standard and the garden/mountain view magnificent.
There are however visible stains and marks on the carpets. It would be great to restore them clean!
Overall it was a fantastic stay and will visit the place again with family!

The food at the restaurant was GREAT. We really appreciated the hanfu and calligraphy that the hotel provided us free of charge and the girls were so nice! I would like to mention also H. T. Chen, the guy driving the golf cart: he was the sweetest person, kindest and most helpful with the translator to comunicate, as nobody spoke english. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the girl and the boy working at the reception on the evening shift, who did not smile not even for a second and were quite rude to me. Too bad I cannot remember their names

Had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and patient. We were a group of 15 people and the service crew went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Special shout out to 蓝小娟 at the cafeteria and 曹仿 who helped us with all the costumes and activities. We had a great time!
