Our stay coincided with the hotel's Dragon Boat Festival sachet-making activity, and it was an absolute delight! I have to give a huge shout-out to the staff, who were incredibly gentle and patient. They carefully guided us through each step, explaining spice combinations and sewing techniques, so even beginners like me didn't feel overwhelmed. The natural spices like mugwort, cloves, and lavender had a delicate, calming fragrance, and the fabric patterns were beautifully traditional and elegant. All the needles, threads, and accessories were perfectly prepared, showing great attention to detail. The whole process of hand-sewing our own Dragon Boat Festival sachets was wonderfully atmospheric. Surrounded by the faint scent of Zongzi and a classic ambiance, we were able to slow down and enjoy the fun of traditional customs. These sachets not only repel mosquitoes but also symbolize peace and good fortune. There was no pushy sales pitch at all; the service was thoughtful and thorough. We even got to take our handmade sachets home as souvenirs. These small items carry wonderful wishes for peace and good health during the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel truly put its heart into preserving traditional culture – it was both heartwarming and ceremonial! 👍🏻

An old established hotel in Shangrao! There was a 24-hour welcome tea service next to the front desk when I checked in, and the staff were warm and friendly. The room hygiene was impeccable, spotless and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The handwritten welcome letter was a particularly thoughtful touch, really showing the owner's sincerity.
