Vienna Hotel Hotels in Shangrao

Stay at Vienna hotel was more than what was expected. Hotel was at a reasonably close distance from the railway station. Hotel Staff made a lot of effort to pick us up from the railway station, particularly Miss Chen was very helpful and forthcoming. Room was immaculate and well laid out. Brother Wang Shuai helped us going out of the way to help us store our food in the hotel refrigerator. Hotel is located at a peaceful location, with a number of food stall, good eating spot just Infront of the hotel. Even Muslim food was available which is a big plus point. Brother Wang also helped me in getting the tickets for Wangxian valley and suggested us to go the mountain which i believe was worth it. Thankyou very much to the staff particularly Brother Wang and Miss Chen for making this family trip a memorable one. All in all a great experience, wish to enjoy the hospitality again.

We chose a family room at the Vienna Hotel after our trip to Wangxian Valley with friends, and the experience was fantastic! The room layout was incredibly thoughtful, with a super king-size bed and a double bed, making it spacious enough for three people to sleep comfortably – we could even stretch out! The room was bright, clean, and had excellent natural light. The location was also super convenient, surrounded by a street full of restaurants and late-night eateries. The front desk and housekeeping staff were warm, attentive, and helpful, making us feel especially welcome. It was excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

I stayed overnight in Shangrao during the Spring Festival and found this newly opened hotel. Here are the pros and cons: Cons: 1. Around 1 AM, the front desk called my room twice to ask for my name. Wasn't my ID card already registered upon check-in? Why call repeatedly at this hour? How am I supposed to sleep and rest? 2. The shower door didn't close properly, and the drain wasn't installed correctly. After showering, the bathroom was flooded and I almost slipped. 3. The emergency exit was incorrectly labeled. I stayed in room 1611, but the door was labeled 1616. Pros: 1. The hotel has a great location. There are many restaurants nearby, so finding food isn't a problem. Wanda Plaza is just around the corner, and it's a 10-minute bike ride to Wanda Plaza. 2. The room facilities are new and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. 3. The rooms are on higher floors with good views. 4. There's a parking lot with plenty of spaces available, so parking isn't an issue.

The front desk service provided by employee 005 was excellent.

The front desk service was very patient. I couldn't find the location of the charging pile. I would take the initiative to find it and help me check whether there was a charging pile free. The room was in good condition and the bathroom was large.
