Shangri-La Ten Miles Snow Mountain Margheri Manor

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel is located in the green landscapes of Shangri-La, surrounded by animals and breathtaking scenery. The animals were very cute, and we loved spending time around them. The room was cozy and comfortable, noticeably clean, and the bathroom was spacious and large. The staff was attentive and helpful whenever we asked for assistance. A few points to note: The bed squeaked a bit, and the room was quite warm, which slightly affected our sleep. Breakfast was fairly basic. We would have loved it if the dogs were let loose for more time, as they were the absolute highlight of our stay.

Love the animals, we have so much fun with them and also great photo shooting sessions. The coffee here is amazing as well at the cafe. There’s oxygen tank provided by the hotel if you feel altitude sickness. Definitely recommend this hotel at Napa lake area

Really nice place. Very near the train station. Pick up was seamless! Driver was already waiting for us with photo of where he waiting. Breakfast buffet. Room fantastic view. Regret not staying more days at Shangri-La before heading off to our next stop. Animals freely roaming around, as well. Near to hotel you have sheep. Dogs. Further away in the horizon you can see horse, cows.

A perfect stay for those seeking peace and relaxation. The hotel offers stunning mountain and meadow views, with beautiful walking paths and scenery similar to Heidou Café nearby. Guests receive a voucher for a complimentary Americano and cookies at the café (other menu items are available with a small top-up). The staff are friendly and attentive, and the hotel also provides convenient shuttle service to and from the railway station. Didi rides are easy to book, and the Old Town is only about 20 minutes away.
