The lady boss very friendly. She advised where to sight seeing and also arrange transport for us to go sight seeing. They arranged pick up and drop off to the station. The breakfast is delicious. We have lunch at the restaurant on the day of departure. The food nice.

Owners are very friendly and approachable. They provide transport services too! The place is pretty new and they provide yummy breakfast. They even advise us how to move around and nice food around us.

After a stressful trip from Lijiang, we found this hotel on Trip.com. We knew we wanted to stay near the ancient town area and this checked all the boxes. After booking, we messaged through Trip for a pickup (included) at the train station and was picked up quickly (they reached out to warn us to take shelter as a storm rolled through while we waited). We had booked one of the honeymoon rooms. The room was spacious and had a large bed, soaking tub (in the main room) and bath with modern shower and bidet toilet. While checking in, we mentioned that we had hoped to see the Leaping Tiger Gorge but had issues with our driver. Amy, our host, knew a driver (her brother) and had a wonderful time with him going to the gorge and making a few other stops the next day. Before leaving for the day, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast of their traditional rice noodle soup along with some dumplings, fruit and an egg. In terms of location, it is steps away from the old city area, making it easy to explore. We did not take pictures of the room, but this was our view. Our son booked another homestay when he caught up with us, but we wished we could have stayed here instead.
