Good location just 3mins walk to ancient town, the host send us to train station in the morning at 6.30am for free, room is spacious with floor heating, bathroom shower water pressure superb. We hired local driver to go to balagezhong 农布13988719227 very good service and experienced driver, car very clean.

The room was very spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is also excellent; you can drive right up to the entrance, and it's very close to Guishan Park. Excellent! Regarding the complimentary airport/train station transfer service (one-way): The owner was punctual for our station drop-off and drove very smoothly.

They were really nice to pick me up from the railway station all the way to be hotel. Carried my luggage up and showed me the room. The room was really clean. The only thing lacking was I wished they had a mat for the toilet cause it can get slippery after taking a shower. Location wise really perfect, in directly inside the ancient city. Just 5 mins walk, you’re already in the hot spots.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The facilities were brand new, and the room itself was spacious and bright. It offered a quiet sanctuary despite its central location. My kids absolutely loved the smart home system powered by Xiaodu throughout the entire place, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The owner and his son were both exceptionally nice, always responsive to our needs and quick to answer any questions. They also provided invaluable travel tips.

The room was spotlessly clean, and having the owner pick me up from the station made getting around so much easier and worry-free. Its location right within the ancient town also made it incredibly convenient for evening strolls.

I booked this place after seeing it recommended on Xiaohongshu. The room itself was absolutely fantastic. It had two doors, a small private patio of about two square meters, and floor-to-ceiling windows. It was incredibly beautiful and spotlessly clean. They even offer a pick-up service. Shangri-La is such a wonderful place to visit, and the people here are all so incredibly warm and welcoming, especially the guesthouse owner! 🥹🥹 I truly hope I get the chance to come back to Shangri-La, and I will definitely book this place again! 🥹🥹

This is a stylish place with a very comfortable courtyard. The room was spacious, and our family of three was very satisfied with our stay. Parking was convenient, and the location was great. The bedding was comfortable. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and spacious. The terrace and decor are cute. The hosts were very helpful. They drove me to the train station at the end of my stay which was very nice. The location is great, right in ancient town walking distance to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

As soon as we arrived at the station, the host messaged to say he was already waiting for us outside. It was raining that day, but the host was prepared, handing an umbrella to my son and swiftly carrying our bags to the car. The room was spotless. We had a spacious suite with two large beds and plenty of room in between, where a small table was set up. The host had thoughtfully prepared snacks and fresh fruit for us. With a smart speaker playing music in the background, our family enjoyed tea and played cards at the small table. Underfloor heating was a welcome feature in the room. The host was incredibly warm and hospitable. He reminded us to stay hydrated, lent us playing cards, a fruit knife, cups, and even offered the use of a refrigerator – truly, nothing was too much trouble. Upon our departure, he personally drove us back to the station. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the ancient city. It's exceptionally close to the Cultural Experience Center, and just a short stroll further will lead you to the Prayer Wheel.

I didn't receive any welcome snacks or a complimentary gift from the front desk upon arrival. When I inquired about the gift during check-out, the staff claimed they didn't know what it was and told me to ask the owner. I feel the service definitely needs improvement. However, the ambiance was great, and the room was spotless.
