Very satisfied! The hotel butler was excellent and could solve almost all our requests. The room was very clean and it's super convenient as it's very close to the ancient town.

Unexpectedly received a free room upgrade at the B&B. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the decor was cozy, and it was spotlessly clean. The butler service was attentive and responded quickly to any issues. A perfect experience, highly recommended! Will definitely come back again~

An incredibly touching stay! The front desk staff were all so enthusiastic and helpful. They carried my luggage to the room and helped me with altitude sickness. They even upgraded my room! When I woke up early to see Meili Snow Mountain and missed breakfast, they gave me a snack bag, which ended up being a lifesaver on the mountain, helping me combat altitude sickness with the sugar boost 🚀. The owner even gave me a complimentary ride to the airport for my early morning flight. The front desk also has oxygen tanks available, and you can return them if you don't use them. Plus, you can easily arrange a local driver to Meili Snow Mountain directly from Shambala Avenue.

The room was clean, and I even got a free upgrade! Plus, they offer a complimentary pickup service from the station. The location is excellent, very close to the ancient town. I highly recommend it! They also provided oxygenated fruit, and the service was fantastic! Haha

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the old town. It's convenient for taking taxis, and you can easily walk to the old town too. Found a gem of a guesthouse in Shangri-La this trip! The rooms were spotless, with oxygen supply and underfloor heating – super thoughtful for altitude sickness. The owner even picked us up personally in a big Land Rover, which was a nice touch. They proactively shared some great off-the-beaten-path viewing spots, and the courtyard was so quiet and cozy. It's right outside the old town, so food, drinks, and entertainment were all super convenient. The service was attentive and thorough, and the price was really fair. I'll definitely book this place again next time!

This is by far the most comfortable B&B I've stayed at in Shangri-La! The courtyard is clean and quiet, and the rooms come with underfloor heating and oxygen supply, so the high-altitude nights were perfectly comfortable. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing free, comprehensive guides for hiking in Shangri-La and Yubeng, and the ******* restaurant they recommended was authentic and affordable. It's just a short walk from Moonlight Square in the ancient town, making it very convenient for getting around. The cleanliness was meticulous and spot-on. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

The Shangri-La Treasure Hotel is pretty good! The room was clean, and the wooden decor had a great, premium feel. It was spacious, and I especially loved the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas, plus all the amenities. The window bay-window seating area was incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was soft and made for a great night's sleep. They provided a hot water dispenser, bathrobes, and slippers – all the little details for hygiene were well taken care of. It was super comfortable for resting after hiking, and excellent value for money. I highly recommend it! Plus, it's right near the old town, making it very convenient to visit the prayer wheel.
