Glad that we have made this reservation from trip.com. We had enjoyed our 2-night stay at this homestay. Prior to arrival staff-in-charge promptly contact via email & WeChat contact to enquire if we require and transport arrangement from train station. The check-in process was smooth and fast. Even though our room was at the second floor, staffs have gladly help to carry them up. The room amenities is AI-controlled (小度）. Ours was a family room- 2 big beds. The room have an oxygen-compressor machine which was turn on while we are in the room with nasal prong stand-by. The hotel also has oxygen spray bottle, also attitude sickness liquid (红景天）that u can buy if need. Staff also will promptly recommend to u where are the places to go and food to eat. As this is our first time staying at high-attitude place, staff have carefully instructed us on the to do’s and don’t items and even msg sent to remind us. They have also advice us to cut-down places to go due to the high attitude and not to overtire ourselves. Breakfast is nice too…even though is simple porridge and bun but u can feel the warm of home-prepared food. 店长will also make sure and remind u to rest early and when u back in the evening will served you ginger tea or yogurt drink. You will feel warmth and secure during the stay while enjoying the beauty of Shangri-La. 扎西德勒！ 很高兴我们通过 Trip.com 预订了这家民宿。我们非常享受在这里的两晚住宿。 在抵达前，负责人通过电子邮件和微信及时联系，询问我们是否需要接送服务。办理入住手续的过程顺利又快捷。虽然我们的房间在二楼，工作人员也非常热心地帮忙把行李搬上去。 房间的设备是由 AI（小度）控制的。我们入住的是家庭房，有两张大床。房间里配备了制氧机，我们在房间时都会打开使用，并且旁边还准备有鼻导管。酒店还可以购买氧气喷雾，以及高原反应饮品红景天和当地土产。工作人员也会很热心地向我们推荐当地的景点和美食。 由于这是我们第一次入住高原地区，工作人员非常细心地向我们说明注意事项，并通过信息再次提醒我们。他们也建议我们减少行程安排，避免过度疲劳。 早餐虽然简单——稀饭和馒头，但味道很好，能感受到家常的温暖。店长还会特别叮嘱我们早点休息，晚上回到民宿时，还会端上姜茶或酸奶饮料，让人倍感温馨。 在这里入住的每一天，我们都感受到家的温暖与安全感，同时也尽情欣赏了香格里拉的美丽风光。扎西德勒！

Host was great! 十项全能 Location was great, plenty of food options available, walkable to 龟山公园。 Within the old town but yet not in the middle of it, so you still can enjoy peace and quietness. We enjoyed our 2 nights there.

Excellent place to stay and convenient location! Staff was really helpful throughout our stay and helped arranged for transport to the train station. Cute cats as well! ☺️ highly recommend for anyone to stay here during their trip!

Very nice design hotel with sun-moon roof that’s can see the clear sky . Interior design is so nice . Before bed worm tea is so good . Good  breakfast  .Friendly staff , just be careful the slippery floors in the rainy day

The location is ideal, just a short distance from the ancient city. The staff are friendly, and the lady boss is warm and chatty. The rooms are neat and clean, with added perks such as complimentary afternoon tea, evening drinks, and unlimited snacks.
