Upper trekking route·Cloud Way·Snowy mountain view homestay

The room was clean and spacious. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful. There were many amenities including a washer and dryer which was a plus. The hotel has a rooftop with STUNNING views. Would definitely book again when I go back.

What a beautiful view with majestic mountains and clouds clearly seen from the window. The restaurant served very delicious meal (you pay separately from the room fee). It's very close to Half Way, a famous cafe, the first built in this area in 1988. And it's also conveniently on the trekking route to the waterfall. Start trekking in the morning to avoid crowds. Mind you to ask the hotel owner's help to book a pick-up transportation from downtown to the hotel. The charge is 120 yuan. No didi will take the order, I've tried. And thankfully I booked the pick-up through the hotel, because the road hike up to the hotel is very challenging and dangerous if not by a very experienced and skillful driver.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our hike through tiger leaping gorge. The staff member behind the desk was super friendly and very helpful, providing us with all the information needed. We were offered unlimited amounts of water bottles to take whenever we wished. The restaurant was cheap and good quality, with huge portions after a full day of walking! Booking the bus trip back was made so much easier when the staff booked it for us, we really appreciated his help. The hotel also had a balcony which looked out at the mountains, we felt really close to them when we were sat up there as there were no hotels situated in front of us. At such an affordable price, it is definitely worth staying here when doing the 2d1n hike through tiger leaping gorge.

Had a really pleasant stay at Cloudway! Although we only stay there for 1 night, we could really feel the warmth and friendliness from the owner. The room was clean and spacious and the view was stunning! They even have a mini market downstairs for everything from foods, snacks to personal amenities. The rooftop sitting area facing the jdsm was definitely a highlight! Would recommend the hotel to anyone planning to hike tiger leaping gorge.
