Shangri-La Gedan Homestay

The host is very welcoming, and the view from the room is magnificent. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at Napa Lake, where the view from the window was unobstructed. The hotel was very clean. For breakfast, we had butter tea and fried dough sticks made by the older woman. The uncle took us to the high-speed rail station for free in the morning. This marked the end of our last day in Shangri-La.

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, you must visit Gedan's home. We stayed here for one night and had a fantastic experience. The hosts and their family were incredibly warm and hospitable, like long-lost family. The room was clean and comfortable, and waking up in the morning offered stunning views of yak pastures and Napa Lake. The most unforgettable experience was the ******* breakfast. As the morning light bathed Napa Lake, we sat around the warm table, enjoying a sip of savory, comforting butter tea and a hearty bite of simple, filling tsampa. The occasional sound of yak bells drifted in from outside the window. This immersive experience truly allowed us to feel the warmth of daily life in Tibet. After breakfast, Uncle Gedan even personally drove us to Shika Snow Mountain. This simple kindness and convenience is one of the most precious memories of this trip. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a deep experience of ******* life.

The room had a stunning view of Napa Sea. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, kind, and the food was delicious. It felt like coming home.

The view of the sea outside is beautiful, very comfortable and pleasant. The room has heating, so it's also very cozy. The people at the guesthouse are very nice and provide breakfast and lunch. They are especially friendly. Their rice noodles are delicious, better than what you get at restaurants.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The view was nice. However, there weren't many restaurants nearby. It's quite far from the city center.

The guesthouse is right next to a popular cafe, within walking distance of a ranch, and offers direct views of Napa Lake from the rooms. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great when I stayed; on a clearer day, I could probably see the sunset. The guesthouse is simply furnished like a home, but it has all the necessary amenities. The owner is kind and welcoming, and it's great value for money.

The view from the window really is Napa Lake. There's a small cafe nearby where you can eat. The owner is very welcoming and the service is excellent. There's parking available. We had ******* breakfast (although we weren't particularly used to it).
