Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped, with free oxygen concentrators available. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Very nice. Dining and shopping options are easily accessible nearby, and it is very close to the Dukezong Ancient Town. Service: Attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast was also delicious.

The room was spacious and bright with convenient transportation. It's located right opposite the Red Sun Square and just 500 meters from the North Gate of the Ancient City. It was a wonderful accommodation experience during my trip, highly recommended for fellow travelers!

Highly recommend staying at this hotel in Shangri-La! Its prime location is just a few hundred meters' walk from the North Gate of the Old Town, making it extremely convenient. The hotel environment is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is hearty and nutritious. They also have a book bar, coffee☕️, a pool table🎱, and a dryer, which is super convenient. Highly recommended for families. The room was spotless, clean, and tidy, and I was blown away by its spaciousness. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and patient. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The room was incredibly spacious with excellent amenities. I especially loved the variety of drinks in the lobby, particularly the Rhodiola rosea, which is great for altitude sickness! Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient. It's just fantastic!

The room was incredibly spacious and grand with its wooden decor. 👌 The coffee and breakfast were delicious too. What I loved most was its convenient location; it was just a 10-15 minute walk to Dukezong Ancient City, and there's a bus stop right outside for 松赞林寺 (Songzanlin Monastery).

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the North Gate of Dukezong Ancient Town. There's no parking at the hotel entrance; you'll need to park in the underground parking lot of Red Sun Square across the street (remember to tell the front desk your license plate number when checking out for free parking). The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the front desk staff helped upgrade our room type. The room has an oxygen concentrator, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The underfloor heating works quickly, so no worries about catching a cold after showering. Upon check-in, we received oranges and milk tablets, which were delicious. The hotel front desk also has a coffee machine and Rhodiola rosea tea.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The bedding and sofa were incredibly comfortable. It was super convenient to do laundry upstairs with both washing and drying machines available. Downstairs, the coffee and hot tea were delicious. The front desk service was also fantastic – really great! I'll definitely be back, haha!
