I stayed for four consecutive days, and the room was very quiet. The hot water pressure was excellent, and the owner was very kind and welcoming.

Facilities: Very comprehensive, with oxygen concentrators and humidifiers. Cleanliness: Very clean, spotless. Environment: Located right in the ancient town, just a few minutes' walk to the town center. Service: Very thoughtful.

The owners are incredibly nice people! They picked us up from the station after we came back from the snow mountains, and even drove us to the high-speed rail station today. The front desk also has fruit, and they even help with快递 (package delivery). They're just super, super good! I recommend staying on the third floor for a better experience~ My husband loved the little wooden horse chair on the third floor, hahaha. We'll definitely be back next time we visit Shangri-La!

This hotel is truly beautiful, and there's parking available outside, which is perfect for those traveling by car. The front desk service was excellent. Next time I visit Dukezong Ancient City, I'll definitely stay here again.

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel is newly renovated with a comfortable and elegant design. The room was fully equipped with excellent amenities, making for a great living experience. The location is superb, very close to the ancient city, which made exploring it incredibly convenient. The hotel also provides electric carts, which were a huge help for getting around and saved a lot of effort. The biggest bonus is that it's pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our dog, which is a huge plus for pet owners like us. The owner is warm and kind, responding quickly to any issues and even helping with luggage. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The B&B was really clean, and the owner was so nice, even giving us a ride to the hotel. They also upgraded our room for free! The location in the old town is perfect, making it easy to walk to the prayer wheels and Guishan Park.

I brought my family to Shangri-La for a relaxing getaway and this hillside boutique hotel was a perfect choice. Perched halfway up the mountain, it offers expansive views, with the ancient city's nightscape beautifully visible in the evenings, and a clear, therapeutic starry sky at night. Considering altitude sickness, the room was equipped with oxygen, ensuring excellent sleep quality.
