SUYE Suye | Eastern Serenity Vivora Scenic Homestay (Dukezong Ancient City Big Buddha Temple)

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, comparable to a five-star hotel. Our two-bedroom suite included an oxygen concentrator, humidifier, smart room control, projector, and fireplace. The master bedroom had a bathtub and a balcony. Both rooms had their own bathrooms and toilets. The bathroom fixtures were brand-name. There were even disposable face towels and bath towels, which exceeded our expectations. Service: The service was very warm and welcoming. They helped us with our luggage when getting in and out of the car. Upon check-in, they guided us to our room and explained the room facilities. Decor: The overall room design featured warm tones, creating a sense of quality. The fireplace and furniture had a distinct ethnic flair. Location: It's located at the East Gate of Dukezong Ancient City. We took a car directly to the North Gate, and after exploring, we could easily walk back to the hotel, which was very convenient.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The complimentary fruits and snacks were also delicious. The breakfast was rich, nutritious, and tasty. They also offer free airport and train station shuttle services. The owners are exceptionally kind and hospitable.

A wonderfully warm stay, the overall experience was fantastic and completely exceeded our expectations! When we arrived in Shangri-La, we were experiencing altitude sickness, and the hotel immediately checked our blood oxygen levels. After that, the owner checked in on our well-being every day. The hotel environment is excellent, the rooms are well-designed, clean, and tidy, and the soundproofing is so good that you can't hear anything outside the bathroom door once it's closed. The room has dispersed oxygen supply, and there's also a nasal cannula available, which is a real lifesaver for those with altitude sickness. The hotel's location is very close to the East Gate, and you have to go through the East Gate to get to other attractions, so it's incredibly convenient. The owner also offers shuttle services; you just need to contact them in advance. All in all, I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit! 🥰

Our second stop in Yunnan was Shangri-La, and we chose to stay in a guesthouse near the ancient city. The three of us booked a room with a super king-size bed and a double bed. The room was huge and the bedding was very comfortable. It also had both diffuse and nasal oxygen available, but luckily, none of us experienced altitude sickness. There's a super cute and well-behaved dog at the guesthouse. They also provide pick-up and drop-off services for both check-in and check-out, and help with luggage. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied!

We were a group of four adults and one child, and originally booked for two nights. Unfortunately, my dad suffered severe altitude sickness upon arriving in Shangri-La. We were really unsure what to do, but the owner advised us to leave Shangri-La as soon as possible. Even though it was past 9 PM, he didn't charge us for the room. The owner is genuinely a good person. The rooms are cozy and relatively new, and the breakfast was also good. They even have three EV charging stations in the parking lot. Next time we visit Shangri-La, we'll definitely stay here again.

The owner is very kind and the breakfast is thoughtfully prepared. My kids loved it! It's a highly recommended B&B. We had a great time!

Super satisfied! The room has oxygen, ******* style, a projector, and is very new. The owner is very nice. It's right in the ancient town, making it very convenient for getting around. There's an EV charging station in the backyard, which is great for rented cars. I've been working out recently, so I was also very happy with the breakfast – you can add extra minced pork rice noodles, and there's coffee available too.

Excellent! The owner is very welcoming, and the guesthouse is close to the ancient city. There's even a cute white dog inside! The breakfast is abundant, and the room is spacious, tidy, and impeccably clean.
