The rooms are superb equipped with O2 and heaters for toilet and mattress. The location of the hotel is near to South Gate where it is easy to get Halal Restaurant. Just walk about 200 m, can reach to the few halal restaurants.
The owners also provide us free airport transfer, and free washing machines. I would rate this hotel and the owners 10/10.
She also provide us with info on the recommended attractions and she also provide us with unlimited tea. One more thing, she provide us with outer layers as well for free.

great and friendly owner, although with language barrier but the owner tried to help us, communicate through the translator apps. helped us with the luggage and upgraded our room from upper floor to the family room at the ground floor..room is spacious, clean, and comfy bed and pillows. most importantly, easy access to didi/transport so no need to carry heavy luggage around

I loveeeeeee my stay here! The owner was very friendly & the guy can speak English too! They also upgrade our room for free and offered pick up from train station where you can just wechat them 1 day in advance. The room quite spacious, comfortable bed and pillow after long journey from Kunming, strong water shower, and no bidet in the toilet. Its also near to one halal restaurant and walkable to dukezong ancient town. Also, got free flow of hot goji berry tea (i think). Recommended to stay here & you won’t regret.

We stayed at this hotel in Shangri-La for 3 days and 2 nights. The hosts were incredibly kind, always checking if we were okay since it’s a high-altitude area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and it also offered convenient pick-up and drop-off from the station. Its location is excellent—right by Dukezong Ancient Town, making it easy to explore!
