Loved the design of the room. The bed was very comfortable. Location is convenient walk to old city main square and the owner was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect. The master helped us a lot with booking bus to Balagezong + Shambhala and recommended good restaurants. First time having Yak’s hotpot and WE LOVE IT!

This is essentially an inn that is plush in some renovation details but severely lacks warmth. The entire reception and dining area is frigidly cold. Checking into the room, it was so icy we couldn't even take a rest in it. As we headed out to get a late lunch, we asked the lady if they had portable heaters for the night. She said she had just turned on the floor heating and the room should be warmer when we get back. When we returned about 3 hours later, it was still uncomfortably chilly as cold air was seeping through the gap under the door and gliding along the marble flooring into the timber floor where the underlay heating was. The whole design is just wrong and unsuitable for the climate. The disposable towels are a joke! Imagine being in a cold room and having to dry off with a thin piece of paper towel the size of an A3 paper. Everything was damp and soggy including myself. Luckily we were given proper towels the next day after we asked. The first day experience was so bad we were considering leaving the next day. However, we know the innkeeper and family are trying their best and it's not so bad once the room warmed up. A few improvements would really help especially during the winter months: 1. Floor heating must be turned on at least 6 hours before guests check in. 2. Proper bath towels are essential. 3. A thick rug on the marble floor from the door to the timber floor. 4. Try to keep the common space warm (might be difficult given the huge double volume space).

The B&B is new, the rooms are big and clean, the location is convenient, there are many food nearby, close to Dukezong Ancient Town, the owner and the owner's wife are very hospitable, the rice noodle breakfast cooked by the owner himself is very good, the B&B provides floor heating and oxygen supply, I highly recommend this B&B

Hotel is very well located and clean. They have a pick-up service at the train station or airport. The hotel looks very new. Excellent option to be close to everything.

I looked at many B&Bs and finally booked this one. The B&B is located on the edge of the ancient city. It is convenient to take a taxi and go anywhere. It takes less than 20 minutes to walk to Guishan Park. You can check in the largest prayer wheel. There is a parking lot next to the B&B. The parking lot is past the Moonlight City. It is very convenient. The boss lady will also recommend good restaurants. The taste is also very good. You can also get a free pick-up when booking the B&B. I will stay here again next time I go to Shangri-La.
