The room was great, clean and tidy. I didn't experience any altitude sickness upon arrival, so I didn't need the oxygen machine. The owners, both the husband and wife, were very welcoming. It's quite difficult to drag luggage through the ancient town's streets, so they kindly picked us up from the town entrance and took us to the guesthouse. I especially want to praise the landlady; she's beautiful and kind-hearted. I went to a folk music pub for a drink and felt a bit dizzy when I got back. She took care of me and even helped me remove my makeup. The next morning, she warmly invited me to have a meal with them. It was truly an unforgettable memory. I welcome everyone to stay at Ganlu Inn. I had a wonderful time in Shangri-La. Shangri-La, I will definitely be back!!! (The picture shows the guesthouse's little cat 🐱)

The hotel's location is excellent, right within the ancient city. The owner was incredibly helpful and even upgraded our room. The environment was clean and tidy, and the owner also treated us to some sweet and refreshing prickly pear fruit.

This guesthouse boasts an excellent location right within Dukezong Ancient Town, surrounded by numerous restaurants and convenient shopping. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. They even recommended the 'Lost Horizon Restaurant,' which offers great value for money, and its owner was equally friendly. The guesthouse provides delicious local snacks, like barley cakes, and the ginseng fruit sold at the entrance is definitely worth trying. The owner also proactively helped us with our luggage, making our travels much easier. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. It's a fantastic accommodation choice for anyone visiting Shangri-La, and I highly recommend it.

The environment is great, and it's convenient to get around. They offer a luggage transfer service right to the ancient city gate. The ancient city is lively at night, but the inn is quiet, so you can get a good night's sleep. The shower has plenty of hot water.

I really enjoy the location of this hotel. It is close enough to major sites such as Great Buddha Temple and where DiDi can pick you up. But tucked away in a more aesthetic alleyway where there are photo spots and vintage stores nearby. During the nice weather, there are many photo shoots happening behind the hotel. Inside, it is quiet and peaceful with adorable grey cat who is very relaxed loves getting pet. I got the Trip.com diamond tier upgrade to a two-level room with wonderful views of the temple. They have hot water kettle, tea set, and delicious snacks they make themselves. I ate almost all of the snacks! Very clean, good amenities, good service.

The decor is beautiful and the location is great, very close to several popular spots in the ancient city. The cat, August, is also super cute and well-behaved, letting you pet him freely. The balcony is perfect for photos, picture 4 was taken there. If you're visiting Dukezong, you absolutely have to stay at this guesthouse! It's fantastic!

The environment here is great! The luggage transfer service is super convenient, and it's easy to get around. They even upgraded our room for free, and we could see Guishan Park from the window. The owner is very welcoming and friendly.

The owners were incredibly friendly and immediately resolved any issues. They even upgraded my room for free! My stay was truly delightful. The room was odor-free upon entering, and the floors and bathroom were spotless. The bed linens and duvet covers were freshly changed. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any hallway noise. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff patiently answered all my questions; their service was so warm and thoughtful. The hotel is easy to find, with convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, and it's easy to catch a taxi. It's affordable with a comfortable environment, perfect for both business trips and leisure. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in town!

The facilities are excellent! The owner is super nice and even offers luggage pick-up and drop-off. The room has underfloor heating and an oxygen concentrator. We also got complimentary snacks and tea upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The cat, Mimi, is absolutely adorable and super friendly – you can pet her all you want, haha! The B&B's location is also fantastic. You can see the prayer wheel just a short walk away, it's really close. I think it might even be in the center of the old town. The environment is beautiful, and the owner even upgraded our room for free!

The owner was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even upgrading my room. This was my second stay in a loft, and it was a great experience! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the heart of the old town. Plus, if you're lucky, you might get to pet a fluffy, chubby cat downstairs – it's a good one!

Ganlo Inn was such a great find, located 2min walk from the east gate into the Dukezong ancient city so easy for taxi pick up, also near to supermarkets and local shops outside the Dukezong ancient city. We received a free upgrade and the room was spotless, very clean and warm. Also they have a very cute cat!

The owner upgraded our room, so we had a view of the tower. The owner was really nice.
