Shangri la Jianyi light luxury intelligent B & B

The room was clean and tidy. We stayed for three days, and every day, staff would replace toothbrushes, slippers, and replenish tissues. They offer pick-up service, which was very convenient when it was raining heavily – a driver came to get us. After two days, they also provided drop-off service, so we didn't have to take a taxi at all. It was great. The B&B also has a super cute and well-behaved white dog. The staff provided excellent service. Parking is available. It's very close to Dukezong Ancient City.

The room was clean and had a separate oxygen machine. The parking lot was right next to the entrance.

The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with brand-new facilities and 24-hour hot water. Each room even had a humidifier, exactly as pictured online. The owner was also incredibly kind. Plus, there's an adorable little dog at the hotel that my son loved playing with every day!

The owner was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. There's a super cute and friendly white Samoyed there too! The location is excellent, right by the East Gate, so getting around is easy and there's no traffic congestion.

The room was spotless and clean. The location is super convenient, with lots of great restaurants nearby. You should definitely try the old Hangzhou Xiaolongbao place. It's affordable and offers great value for money.

The owner is very handsome and nice, and the room is super clean. I especially loved the small courtyard on the first floor. Their dog, Gun Gun, is also adorable!

The owner and the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. **As soon as I arrived, they proactively helped me with my luggage and meticulously provided a super practical local travel guide**, which helped me avoid many tourist traps. The room was clean and hygienic, with excellent heating and oxygen supply, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep on. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here, and it was exceptionally quiet at night. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shangri-La!
