The room was impeccably clean, well-laid-out, with good natural light and ventilation. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring I slept soundly. The staff were friendly and responsive, quickly resolving any issues. The facilities were comprehensive, with plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was quite good too. It's great value for money, truly exceeding expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back for future business trips or vacations!

My stay at Ramada by Shangri-La was really great! As an international chain, Ramada truly delivered. All the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, and the parking lot was quite spacious.
