Came to Shangri-La alone to clear my head, and chose this Sky Mirror Glamping Manor – it was truly therapeutic. The room was clean and warm, and the facilities were very new, so I didn't have to worry at all about comfort at high altitude. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, I was greeted by an expansive meadow and distant mountains – it was incredibly picturesque. The owner and staff were very welcoming. Staying here by myself, listening to the wind, and gazing at the starry sky, all my worries melted away. I'll definitely come back again!

We book 5 room in total for our family. Everything went smooth and they were very helpful. Very worth paying. The staff very gentle and kind. The buffet breakfast option vegetarian can be eaten by Muslim.

The best hotel ever! I wish we stay longer but time is not on our side. The services is tiptop. Every staff in the hotel is very accommodating especially for us who dont speak Chinese. They help u with anything u need, shout out to our butler for being so wonderful. And they can pick u up from any station for FREE! they even have welcome drink for you. The view is to die for, even without the snow the view is spectacular, might come back when there is a snow. And yes i would 100% recommend anyone who wants to stay here. Everything is wonderful.

We had a great experience during the stay. Our Butler mike pick us up from the train station (free pickup service included) and drop us off again after checkout. Our kids have fun playing with the alpaca, goats and the animals around the compound. The room has great view of the grassland. We truly enjoyed our stay

Shangri-La Shilixueshan S Tent Manor is located in Napa lake and yila Grassland Scenic Area, 10 minutes' drive from high-speed railway station, airport, ancient city and Songzan Temple. There are 17 cabins in the manor, all of which are viewing rooms with independent bathrooms. The manor has about 100 mu of lawn, and has 6 horses, 3 dogs, 3 alpacas, 2 sika deer, 3 pet goats, 1 shepherd dog, 5 cats, chickens, ducks and geese. and we have one famouce coffee shop called Heidou coffee shop"
