We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions, which made getting around so easy. A big plus was the free transportation provided to and from the airport/railway station—such a convenient service. The staff also helped us with our luggage right from the car all the way to our room, which we truly appreciated. Our room was very spacious, perfect for two people with big suitcases, and still had plenty of space to move around comfortably. Breakfast was yummy too, with a nice variety to start the day. The staff also gave great recommendations on places to visit, which added so much to our trip. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Xiao Tusi is a charming two-story Tibetan-style wooden guesthouse, offering a very comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Convenient parking is available right at the entrance. Its location near the Old Town is extremely convenient. Overall, it's a very pleasant guesthouse. However, during our two-night stay, there was no housekeeping service – our room wasn't cleaned, the trash wasn't emptied, and disposable amenities were not replenished. We sincerely hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Location is great. It's inside the lijiang Ancient city & also close to road with access to cars so you don't have to drag your luggage in the ancient city. It's also quiet at night for restful sleep. Hotel has aircon, electric blankets, good hot showers and also heater at the shower area to keep u warm at all times during the colder times. Also an oxygen machine free for use. Only improvement is the black out curtains r not very black out, so the room will not be entirely blacked out. They provide only one time use disposable towels which some prefer for hygiene but I still prefer the normal towels. Daily housekeeping is not provided unless requested and advised that no valuables in the room. Toilet is leaky so the floor is always kinda wet. For travellers, late may / early June is kinda their rainy season so it's a bit troublesome when going to attractions. Rain is not heavy and with occasional sun.

The service was excellent! The hotel has its own large grassland area that extends all the way to the viewing platform by Lake Napa, which is stunning. They also offer a complimentary afternoon tea with a great variety of options. The cafe view is also fantastic. Every evening, they even provide complimentary bedtime milk. Upon check-out, they gave us a small charm blessed by the owner from Songzanlin Monastery. This place offers incredible value for money!
