We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions, which made getting around so easy. A big plus was the free transportation provided to and from the airport/railway station—such a convenient service. The staff also helped us with our luggage right from the car all the way to our room, which we truly appreciated. Our room was very spacious, perfect for two people with big suitcases, and still had plenty of space to move around comfortably. Breakfast was yummy too, with a nice variety to start the day. The staff also gave great recommendations on places to visit, which added so much to our trip. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very Nice Hotel with Friendly and Helpful staffs! Staffs helped to carry luggages up and when leaving, help to carry as well to car. Many shops around and it's inside Gu Zheng but car can still drive in! Plus point for location! Staff was nice and WeChat before we arrive and wait for us at the entrance and bring all our luggages down!!! Room is big, plentiful of bottle water and also us to feel free to take! And yes they have oxygen on request if you need! Just use wechat to communicate with them! Very easy! Will love to be back in this hotel!!

Shangri-La Ten-Mile Snow Mountain | A Slow-Paced, Healing Haven ☁️ My second escape from the city! Living in slow motion at Ten-Mile Snow Mountain is true relaxation~ The luxury tent I stayed in offered views of Shika Snow Mountain right outside the window. Waking up to a grassland vista filled with the scent of fresh grass 🌿. No need to rush; in the afternoon, I fed the cuddly alpacas 🦙 and watched them gallop 🐎 – pure bliss! In the afternoon, I could also visit the Black Bean Coffee Shop, order a hand-drip coffee, and spend the afternoon gazing at the snow-capped mountains, slowly munching on barley biscuits. In the evening, I'd sip butter tea while watching the Milky Way – even breathing felt lighter! Tips: The temperature difference between day and night in Shangri-La is significant, so remember to bring a shawl. The hotel has oxygen concentrators, so there's no need to worry about altitude sickness~

The guesthouse felt very private, with its own entrance and courtyard. The moment we walked into the lobby, we were struck by its impressive ambiance. Beyond the guest rooms, there's also a ******* folk culture hall. The owner, a lovely ******* grandma, is incredibly welcoming and happy to share stories about their culture if you're interested. Upstairs on the second floor, complimentary ******* traditional attire is available for guests to try on for photos. Our group of nine all dressed up and took some fantastic pictures in the culture hall and lobby – the results were awesome! Everyone was thoroughly satisfied with the black chicken hotpot and yak butter tea served on the night of our check-in. We had booked three rooms, and Grandma generously upgraded them, which was a lovely surprise! We stayed for two nights. On our departure day, breakfast usually started at 8 AM, but we had to leave by 7 AM. Grandma, being incredibly thoughtful, had already prepared eggs, steamed buns, and corn for us. We were so touched by her kindness. As we left, we said our goodbyes to Grandma. We told her we'd definitely be back and would recommend her place to all our friends. Goodbye, dear ******* Grandma with such a bright spirit!

Traveling to the hotel is easy with Shangri-la Railway Station located approximately 10km away and Shangri La Airport roughly 11km away. With multiple attractions nearby including Hamugu Racecourse, Napa Hai (Yila Grassland) and Shangri-La Grassland, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Shangri-La Shilixueshan S Tent Manor is located in Napa lake and yila Grassland Scenic Area, 10 minutes' drive from high-speed railway station, airport, ancient city and Songzan Temple. There are 17 cabins in the manor, all of which are viewing rooms with independent bathrooms. The manor has about 100 mu of lawn, and has 6 horses, 3 dogs, 3 alpacas, 2 sika deer, 3 pet goats, 1 shepherd dog, 5 cats, chickens, ducks and geese. and we have one famouce coffee shop called Heidou coffee shop"

This was hands down the best hotel of our entire trip! The staff's service was truly outstanding; they were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family. They even contacted us a day before our arrival, and after learning we were taking the high-speed train, they immediately arranged for a driver to get in touch. They also proactively gave us important advice about the high altitude. They went above and beyond to help us sort out so many things, which really smoothed out our trip. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and all the facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained – absolutely no complaints! Highly recommended! I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again on my next visit to Shangri-La!
