This was the most pleasant surprise among all the hotels I've stayed at in Shangri-La! The service standard is incredibly high, and our butler, Zhima Lamu, was so thoughtful and always responded promptly. The hotel's location is very quiet, perfect for anyone looking to relax. At night, you can see a sky full of stars with the naked eye. The hotel lounge offers excellent local wines with a wide variety to choose from. The gym is open 24 hours, but you need to inform the front desk beforehand and sign a safety waiver to get the access code. The hotel also provides shuttle service, exclusively using Land Rover Defenders, which was a very thoughtful touch. I will definitely be back again in autumn or winter to stay for a few more days and truly unwind!
